The hotel experience was great. Staying at this hotel saves us time in going to the convention center for our annual conference. After the conference, it was a great experience being in the heart of [More] Downtown Dallas where we could experience the historical places around the vicinity. [Less]

Friendliest Staff I ever met.
By Phil 23501
I will definitely be using this Hotel again. The rooms are comfortable and what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. The value is there as always. What I really found to be a pleasant surprise is the [More] staff. I travel a lot and I have never found any staff to be more pleasant and inviting as the staff at this hotel. (Not even in Luxury Hotels). Candace, at registration, and Kim, in the restaurant/bar, were just wonderful. The rooms were good with new furniture, comfortable beds and linen, and we had a very relaxing 3 days. My only beef would be the size and layout of the bathroom but that won't keep me from coming back. [Less]
Decent Hotel, Breakfast Program needs work
By Matchmaker
I like this hotel but the complimentary Breakfast program needs work. I want the full menu, not the restricted "complimentary" one. Make it a credit so I can choose what I want. [Less]

Great Service
By RandyPIT
This is the first time staying at this property during my travels to the DFW area. I decided to take a chance, and I'm glad I did. The staff was extremely friendly and fun at check-in, and made me [More] feel at home. This is a well-kept property, and the rooms were clean and fresh. [Less]
Short overnight at DFW
By DataMapper
Excellent shuttle service but you'll likely wait 15-20 minutes simply due to the distance to the hotel and the DFW layout. Right next to the AA flight school and a walkable mall [Less]
