I have to say i was appalled at the trouble i had to go to to book 12 rooms for our company Christmas Party.
I was told that because the number of rooms i wanted was over 9 I would have to go through group bookings. My enquiry was referred by your group reservation staff to group bookings 3 times and still I did not get a call. In the end after weeks of frustration I booked a block of 9 rooms and then a block of 3 upgraded rooms (with balconies) It was a very frustrating time and then to get to the hotel and have the issues i had on top I have to say I am very disappointed. The only redeeming point was the person on reception when we checked in was very helpful and this process I am told by the guests was good.

Room was excellent but noisy in the night as the bar/lounge was right above us.
Pool was cold
Bill was inaccurate - watch out they may add service charges but not be sure what they are for

We arrived to what I thought was the back entrance and tradesman's desk. member of staff not in uniform and was on a long call. Eventually she asked if I was alright and then decided to call a colleague to book us in.
The room was excellent, comfortable and a brilliant view - no complaints.
The pool was cold and I was not the only guest to say this and it was virtually empty. Didn't stay long.
Woken at 2.00am by furniture being moved upstairs - a call to reception seemed to stop this. As a result we were given a complementary breakfast which was good. The staff here were very attentive.
We then checked out and found extra charges on our bill which took a while to correct.
