Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Small efficient rooms that are VERY CLEAN This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Brooklyn or NYC. It is easy to get over to Manhattan from the hotel as a subway station is just down the block. The rooms are small but efficient and VERY CLEAN. May 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, close to subways The Pros: A very convenient hotel. Close to many subway stations, on a quiet side street, lots of places to eat and shop nearby. The front desk was very accommodating when we needed to store our luggage both before and after check in. Not sure if it was the super comfy beds or if we were just tired from walking all over NY, but we slept well all 3 nights. (even through a thunder and lightning storm!) Our double Queen room was pretty roomy and so cute. Loved the floor and shower tiles. The cons: We arrived very early in the morning, so we had our luggage stored and went sight seeing. We returned to check in around 5pm. We had to wait a while for our room. When we finally went to the room there were big bags of dirty linen right outside our door. Our bathroom wasn't cleaned very well (hair in the shower) and the amenities were never replenished after the first day. We extended an extra day, and when we went back to the hotel around 9pm, our room had not been cleaned at all. Apparently, housekeeping was not notified that we were staying another day. We were told that housekeeping was gone for the day, but someone quickly delivered clean towels and shampoo. After a long day in the city we were looking forward to going back to the room to relax. Instead, we had to make the beds and clean the bathroom ourselves! The shower faucet was a bit tricky and it took a while for the water to get hot, but it wasn't a big deal. The Pros far outweigh the Cons and we'd gladly stay at this property again. April 30, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms are small and parking is a hassle I've stayed at this hotel twice. The second time the room was much smaller than the first. My wife and I barely had room to turn around. Parking is also hard to deal with in the hotel. The parking cost has gone down but the service provided isn't any better in terms of being responsive. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Wedding Stay Imagine not being able to use the toilet in your suite...that's what happened to me and my bridesmaid during my wedding weekend. I checked in my thursday evening and found that out that we didn't have a functioning toilet in the suite and the engineer had already left for the evening. we had to go from the 19th floor to the 2nd floor to use a public toilet the entire weekend! the next morning we found out that the shower water was running very slow...i had to beg for another room just to shower on my wedding day and was promised that when i returned after my wedding it would be fixed....it was not! i was so fed up that we check out the day after my weekend instead of spending the seeking enjoying myself with my husband...this is the second unpleasant experience I've had with hotel indigo and my last...no more hotel indigo for me! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Seriedad en la reserva de la habitación y estacionamiento del vehículo Muchos hoteles descartan las reservas después de la media noche, yo ingresé a las 3 de la madrugada, la reserva estaba vigente, lo cual me alegró mucho. La habitación estaba bien, con todas las comodidades, aunque reducido en espacio. En la recepción falta atención en español, ayuda con las maletas, etc. No pudimos desayunar, aunque pagamos la misma, porque no hay suficiente indicación del sitio, etc. Deben facilitar señales, talvez un mapa de ubicación de instalaciones, etc. La conexión con el servicio de cuidado y estacionamiento del vehículo fue bueno.
