Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by great location / service The service from the three young ladies at the front desk and the server in the restaurant were EXCELLENT! The location is convenient to walking on the beach, shopping, dining, and close to Torrey Pines state park. The room was very nice and roomy. Parking/Resort Fees are not added on, but I assume included in the normal costs of doing business ... as it should be. The food and live entertainment in the bar was excellent. We will definitely give hotel Indigos our future business as both my wife and I are now retired and enjoy traveling. Only problem, is the workout facility is in a basement with no view ... why anyone wouldn't jog to the beach or the nearby neighborhoods for their workouts is beyond me. I would also make it possible to print boarding passes from the lobby. 29. Januar 2015

Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Not Recommended If you need WiFi don't stay here. We stayed from Dec. 31st to Jan. 4th and the WiFi only worked outside in the parking lot. I spent over 40 minutes on the phone with the IT person that the front desk told "me" to call and it still didn't work. I gave up on it and had to deal with my kids complaining. The customer service was terrible. The pool was not heated and front desk was mostly not helpful at all. I had problems with room tax charges that should have never been charged at check out that I was simply told that everyone pays. I had to call IHG to address this and then when I called back, the person made an apology and made promises to put 15000 points on my IHG rewards but she never did. It was just not impressive. The floors were also never cleaned properly and the blinds were covered in dust. I would not stay here again! Someone needs to really take a serious look at the level of customer service that is being maybe selectively provided to certain customers and not others. 20. Januar 2015
