Good location

For the traveler who wants to spend time in Boston, this hotel is conveniently located next to I-95 and next to the Riverside "green line" T station, affording easy access to the city without the hassle of trying to drive in with your car.
The rooms were clean and up-to-date and our breakfast experience was A due to both the quality of the food and the quality of the wait staff.
Other that the room price, which I feel was a bit high, I can recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to go into Boston and wants to avoid the rat's maze of one way streets in the city.

Less than stellar

For starters, the parking is sufficient. No issues there, the on-site restaurant was decent but expensive. The bed was comfortable & the size room was okay for a boutique hotel. My biggest issue was housekeeping, it was very slacked at this location. Just outright poor. I spilled a drink on my floor & had to wait several hours for housekeeping, apparently a mixup between the front the housekeeping. When they finally did arrive, instead of a quick mop up, water was simply pour on the floor & footmopped with a towel. Yelp, I was done after that. Wanted to finish my project & check out ASAP! This is a decent hotel, and I would hate to see it go down because of uncleaniness. Please improve the cleaning practices.

Extended Stay

My experience at the Indigo is always great. However, my only complaint is that the hotel could be slightly more convenient for extended stays. I would really like the option to have a refrigerator in my room as I am usually in the hotel for at least 1 full week. The convenience of a in-room refrigerator would make a HUGE difference.

disappointing experience

We were traveling for leisure and this is mostly a corporate hotel. We were 3 women staying in the room for 3 nights and found the room to be extremely small with very little drawer space. The beds were not queens as stated but small doubles. There was a strong odor of exhaust that we couldn't figure out where it came from but when we dried the mirror after a shower, black soot came off on the towel. The front desk was not able to move us to another room because they were sold out. We will probably look for brands other than Indigo on our next trip.

Nice location and staff, bathroom lacking

This hotel has a very nice restaurant for dinner, and a pleasant staff. However, breakfast options are limited (no oatmeal, which is pretty much a basic), and the bathroom was poorly designed, with poor lighting, little storage/organization space, and a faucet that didn't work well.

Clean, modern, and convenient hotel

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Riverside T-station in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There was ample complimentary parking. The room was excellent; beds were comfortable, bath was very clean and top quality, and everything worked properly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great value

Enjoy our stay - very comfortable. I am not familiar with the area, do not like that the hotel is next to a toll interstate hwy. We could have avoid the toll if we were more familiar with the area
