Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Great Option for Visting Boston Tremendous value for being a few stops away from Brookline and Boston on the T. 19. November 2014
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Excellent Value Fine hotel. Staff is friendly and attentive, the restaurant is excellent. Rooms are clean and the hallways are quiet at night. A bit out-of-town, but only 25 minutes by train from Fenway. Highly recommended. 18. November 2014
Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Good place Comfortable, quiet place just next to Route 128. Good value for your money. 18. November 2014
Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Poor value Heating system noisy, bath rooms microscopic, meals in restaurant way too expensive. Described as "Boutique Hotel"; a Boutique hotel is small and of high quality, this is large (ex Holiday Inn) and of average quality. 18. November 2014

Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Quick Business Stay Overall, a nice hotel. Clean and comfortable, easy to find and easy access to Mass Turnpike and 95. Only a few small not-so-great comments: 1. Hotel bartenders were too involved in their own conversation to provide efficient service. Once acknowledged, it was as though I was being done a favor. 2. Hotel parking on P1 level needs better lighting at night. Very creepy to walk from car to interior lobby as it was so dark out in the open spaces on this level. 3. Kind of loud neighbors or could at least hear them through the wall which was slightly annoying, but they quieted down after midnight. Other than these few things, all else seemed fine. It was nice to have Aveda product in bathroom, sheets and bed were clean and comfortable, and front desk staff were very friendly and inviting. I also liked the fact that there were multiple common areas where one could sit. 17. November 2014

Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Only for business travelers Hotel is geared for business travelers or a one day college visitors. As part of a group attending a local wedding, the room space was sparse for 2 people. Had to take the ironing board out of the closet to allow hangers for suits, dresses etc to fit in. Built in shelving takes up 1 half of "long" hanging space. We had an accessible room with a refrigerator; walker could not fit around bed. Shower curtain ended 10-12" off floor, there was no flexible water stop at shower edge so water went all over the floor. We had to buy toilet paper as theirs was unusable, unless you like wax paper!! Shuttle service, we were told, is only to businesses, not to get us to Riverside station. Desk chair blocked space around the bed unless it was under the desk, which made both desk & chair unusable! Elevators are very small, especially if luggage is being moved. So it can make several trips before you can get to your floor. Restaurant hours for breakfast were, again, suited for business travelers. No lunchtime service. Small cafe closed early so if a visitor wanted a Snapple in the evening that was out. Our only experience with Boxk was Sunday morning- service was very slow, food for two of four people was cold, replacement took 25 minutes. We were not disturbed by any noise from corridor or overhead, contrary to some reviews we had read Staff at front desk was polite and cheery, but could not change anything. 13. November 2014
