Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Easily Accessible and Friendly Staff I was originally going to stay at another local hotel which could not accommodate my change from 3 nights to 5 nights. I spoke to this hotel and not only did I get a room but a great price for staying there for 5 nights. This staff was all great. They were able to take care of everything, from recommendations to facilitating plans and sending packages. This place is next to the Riverside Station D Line Green which is incredibly convenient to get to Downtown Boston. Parking is FREE...what a great deal as well. Have to say beds were extremely comfortable. I would stay here again. 11. Dezember 2014

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Hotel Indigo Newton Riverside MA I highly recommend this location: Very clean hotel with readily accessible amenities (business center, restaurant, internet, fitness centre, parking, shuttle serviceetc.) Hotel staff very friendly--at front desk and for room service. Only area for improvement might be having the valet parking attendant assist with opening doors when guests are arriving or leaving with luggage, briefcases, etc. (They consistently stand and watch as we struggle to get in 2 sets of lobby doors!) 6. Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by If I Must Travel, I'm Glad I'm Staying Here I have been staying at the Indigo on a weekly basis for nearly a year. I cannot imagine staying in another hotel this much and being as comfortable as I have been here. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the hotel is generally clean and sharp-looking. The restaurant is quite good, and considerably better than the typical hotel restaurant. The food is also available via room service, which arrives relatively quick (around 20 minutes), even during dinner hours. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I generally get a good nights sleep here. I really like the bathrooms; particularly the walk-in shower which is a rarity in most hotels. The bath products are high end and low toxicity, which I happen to really appreciate. The only real downside in the bathrooms is the lighting and mirror location, which makes it a bit difficult to apply makeup (although this is likely to affect only about half of us anyway ;-) A few other things that are good to know: if you're looking for ice or vending, you won't find it on your floor. It is on the first level parking floor. While it's inconvenient to get to, I sure appreciate not hearing the crash of ice or vending machines from my room at night. The elevator is slow, and while you can take the stairs if you're in a hurry, you can't take them down to the parking levels for some reason - you must take the elevator for that. There is not an available outlet on both sides of the bed to park your cell phone, so cords need to be rearranged if you want your phone nearby. And if you don't turn the dimmer switch on the lights all the way off, they will suddenly pop all the way back on during the night. Otherwise, it's a pleasant stay, and while I don't love traveling all the time, I really appreciate "coming home" at the end of a long workday to the Indigo! 6. Dezember 2014

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Last Minute Stay In the middle of a family vacation we found the need to change plans and find a hotel at the last minute. We chose this property and we were pleased we did. Staff was able to accomodate last minute request for crib and were very helpful. 2. Dezember 2014
