You ask question about lunch and room service. The restaurant is not open for lunch and room service appeared to be non-existent. Maid service was good and the room was clean and well kept. The rest of the staff appeared to be unsupervised and poorly trained. It took a long time to check in as there was only one clerk with three people and the first one was having a problem. Parking was across the street and had no security and was expensive. Never saw security of any type during my three days there.

The room was awesome but we wish the pool had been heated and the restaurant served lunch. There was some water damage to the floor in our room but it wasn't hazardous.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights (Thu thru Mon). We were happy with the front desk and restaurant staff. The room was nice with pleasant decor. Not sure why but we had a major problem with the weekend housekeeping service. After being gone from the room all day Sat and Sun, upon return at 5pm the room had not been cleaned either day (the 'do not disturb' sign was in the room, not on the door). On Sat the front desk was able to send someone up to clean the room so we vacated again. Upon return an hour later, the room had been cleaned but the door to the room had been left open a few inches. This is not acceptable. On Sun, there was no housekeeping staff to clean the room so a very nice lady from the laundry staff brought up some towels and bathroom supplies to the room. Overall, a nice hotel but will not return due to the housekeeping experience.
