Stayed 13 Nov 2013. Hotel was previously a Holiday Inn Express that seems to have been completely gutted and remodeled to be re-branded as the Hotel Indigo. The furnishings and design are more upscale and modern like you would expect from one of the trendy downtown hotels. Bed was extremely comfy with overstuffed, fresh coverings. Doors to the room are thick and heavy to keep out noise. Bathroom had all Aveda soap and shampoo. ALL staff was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant just opened for business and the food was great. Would recommend the fish tacos and chocolate cake.

12 minutes walk to main gate. Beautiful designed rooms. Nice touches in room: Kruger coffee maker, iPhone dock alarm clock, aveda bath products. Deluxe room was spacious. Complaints: noisy, can hear neighbors and hallway noise. And there's no valet or bellhops, self parking only. Good experience overall.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Leilani073 Remarkable Service & Comfortable Beds!!
As soon as we arrived @ Hotel Indigo, we were greeted with warm smiles! My family was able to check in early after a long night on the road & my son & I were ready for a day in Disneyland. Arthur, who had checked us in, was also very helpful & walked my son & I over to the Hotel next door to show us where to buy the tickets for the shuttle. During the walk, he also mentioned that I should get a "1st Time" button for my son @ Disneyland, so that Characters & Staff would recognize that & he would get more/extra attention! "Thank You Arthur!" That was the cake topper....
It also amazed me how each morning, we would come down for breakfast at the last minute, feeling like we would miss it or there wouldn't be anything left, but it seemed like, if the staff saw that guest were still coming & eating, they did not rush anyone out or stop the food from coming out. Even Arthur remembered my name from the first day we checked in.
Friendly staff, great customer service & the rooms are so well designed with such comfortable beds that I just sink into.

The remodel is wonderfull. The rooms are designed with the room full of people. The bathroom is wonderfull to use on a daily basis. I have only two complaints 1) is that the room refrigerator did not work properly. I brought it to the attention of the staff and nothing was done about it. I was disappointed in that. 2) the pool and the spa was not heated. After a long day at Disneyland it was a shock to the system when you plunge into the spa and find it very cold.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RobOxnard Hotel Indigo is Bold and Fresh
My spouse and I stayed here because it was conveniently located to Disneyland and we had stayed here once before when it was a Holiday Inn Express. We are Platinum Elite members. We were greeted by Arthur at the front desk. He was very friendly and accomadating. We received an upgrade in our room to a suite. From we could see Hotel Indigo it is a different brand from the HIE. Having said that we enjoyed our stay there. The rooms are very nice with new furniture and fresh bold colors. We liked it so much that we are considering staying at a Hotel Indigo that Arthur told us is near the LA Dodgers and Angels training facilities in Arizona. It appears that we just missed by a few days the official branding of this hotel to a Hotel Indigo. However, we hope to return again to Hotel Indigo in Anaheim for a wedding that is occuring at the Disneyland Hotel in a couple of months.

This hotel was great. Almost done with the remodel but it was all very minor things that didn't affect our stay at all. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I love the new design of the hotel, very upbeat and fun. Clean and comfortable.
The only thing I didn't like was the sheets and bed spread. seems silly, but they were a bit scratchy and I hate to say it cause it makes me sound like snob, but I really prefer a higher thread count.
I am in the travel business and would recommend this hotel to anyone going to the area. It only took us about 10 minutes to walk to Disneyland.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. However, the walls and flooring are very thin. We could hear the person in the room above us walking around her room all morning. Carpeting, instead of tile, on the floor would solve this problem. A bit pricey for this type of hotel.
