Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Perfect Location
We wanted a hotel central enough to walk everywhere in the city. This was perfect. Free parking and WiFi. Nice touch of welcome bag of goodies in room. Evening snacks and drinks in the lobby were always good.
A little skimpy on bath towels. Only 3 towels for a room with two queen beds and one morning We were only given two towels - not enough for 3 women who use extra towels for our hair. They quickly provided them when I called. I left a note with my daily tip for the housekeeper the next morning asking for 4 towels and still only got 3.
Otherwise a great place.

This is a quality hotel! The staff cares about the comfort of your stay. Polite, respectful and willing are three words that describe the character of the people that work there. 3 nights/4 days of quality service.
Great location, quality rooms, great breakfast, and top-notch service. I will return.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 2BG4 Best Omelet Ever!
Jack, the chef who made my omelet on January 16th was the best ever. It was full of spinach, cheese and homemade sausage. I was full for the entire day from all the protein. The waitress was fabulous by having a to go cup of coffee ready with my ticket. Can't wait to go back!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by joeschmoe2 a great place to stay
Hotel Indigo provided my daughter and me a great place for a three-day visit to Asheville. Not too expensive, close to town, and with a lovely view--a satisfying experience. The internet in the room didn't work properly--that was the only glitch. A friendly place.

High class living is affordable at the Hotel Indigo. Every inch of the hotel is quality. From the beds to the bath, everything is well kept and stocked. The cleanliness of every inch of the room is as new. And believe me I check. I look forward to another stay in the spring.

Loved my stay here. Definitely recommend it if you're in the area. it's a little far out of town, but it could be worse. plus for the money, you really can't beat it; unless you're staying at a hostel.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wally2 Very nice conner room with a great view of Ashville's mountains.
The Hotel Indigo Asheville Downtown was located in the heart of beautiful Ashville and close to resturants and shopping centers. It is also close to major attractions such as the Biltmore tours. Ashville offers some incrediable mountain vistas in North Carolina.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ctnrsm Asheville visit with family
I booked the Hotel Indigo just to check out the brand and was overall satisfied. Their location is very accessible to major thoroughfares and the hotel is modern with attractive decor. I did not eat at the hotel and was unable to use any of the fitness amenities during my short stay.
The bathroom was very pleasant, presenting an almost spa-like feeling with the huge walk-in shower and large countertop area.
The rest of the room was overall great but some elements were hit and miss. The bed was fairly comfortable but slid around on the laminate floors too easily. The linens were very nice and the other seating in the room was pleasant. The drape over the closet I thought was a little "down-rent" and the chainmail mesh by the doorway was a little so-so. The mural was acceptable.
The single queen bed was a letdown and the small screen tv was a letdown as well. Given that larger flat screens are now so cheap there is no excuse to put a dinky one in the room.
Also if they are aiming at millenials they score a big miss by not having usb and electrical outlets by the sides of the bed and on top of the desk area. These are simple and inexpensive things to consider.
