My bf and I stayed in the queen executive suite. We had an excellent stay and would recommend Hotel Indigo Asheville to anyone. The hotel is in a great location. We were able to easily walk to shops and restaurants. The staff (hotel's restaurant/bar included) were extremely friendly and service was excellent. Our room was clean and spacious enough for the two of us and the view was so nice on the top floor! The floor to ceiling windows made all the difference.

In a nutshell, the staff was very rude, and didn't seem to be very concerned with the comfort of their guests.
We were not the only ones on our floor that were dissatisfied with the level of service we received. The on site manager was particularly rude when we voiced any problems we were having.
Just one example is the fact that our room was not cleaned during our entire stay, despite requesting maid service from the front desk every day when we left the property. I could elaborate on more problems but I don't wish to continue rambling about our dissatisfaction.
I would not recommend this property.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GButler15 Great experience and great staff.
My fiance and I chose to get away for a weekend, but picked busy one with it being Valentines Day. Due to this fictional holiday many of the hotels were booked already in Asheville. We were lucky to find one of the last available rooms at Hotel Indigo and we couldn't have been more happy. The staff were warm and welcoming and the room has tons of space with all the modern amenities. Anything you need is within walking distance of the hotel.
In visiting Asheville again we will most certainly look to Hotel Indigo first.
