This is a cute hotel for a place to crash. The location is good and priced competitively. The rooms are just ok. The rooms would have been good if the noise level was lower and the bathroom had about two more feet it was extremely tight for me at 5ft6 in and almost not a fit for my 6ft6in boyfriend!

The room which was upgraded was as small as my bathroom. The bathroom which was also very small you could multi task several things all at the same time sitting on the toilet. The staff was not familiar with Atlanta with regards to restaurants and no effort to assist.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Coach10 Only one problem!
The hotel and room was nice and they were pet friendly. When I made the reservation, I told them about our small dog and was given my cost. When we arrived, we were placed on the 11th floor and got ready for a wedding. We left for the wedding and returned, before the reception, to find a message on our room phone that we had to move. I went to the desk to inquire and was told they were unaware that we had a dog and the third floor was the only floor that was pet friendly. While trying to get to the reception, at the Georgian Terrace next door, we had to repack everything and move. When we got to that room, there was dog "poop" all over the throw rug. I notified Michael, at the front desk, and he was very apologetic and professional. We made it to the reception and enjoyed the rest of our stay at the Indigo Hotel. Michael gave us some points, for our inconvenience, to assist with a future stay with their company. Our bill was then added the $25 pet fee which I thought had already been included in our original reservation price. While everything turned out well, if you have a pet, just make certain it has been included when you make your reservation...which I presumed it had been!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DebSzy Comfortable Bed and great service - good value for the money
Our room was clean and comfortable. We had tickets for the Fox and basically just needed a place for the night. Bathroom a bit small. Didn't like that the hotel lets pets stay. We had to listen to barking dogs several times during the night. Love the newly decorated bar. - great place to have a cocktail before or after the show.

My husband and I were in town for a show at the Fox and spent the night at Hotel Indigo. We couldn't have had a better experience. The location was perfect. We were able to walk a few blocks for a delicious dinner. The service was friendly, attentive and made us feel like we were the most important people there. The hair dryer didn't work so we immediately called to have it replaced. Within 8 minutes, someone was knocking on our door with a replacement. We would definitely stay here again and can't wait to return!

Check in was very enjoyable. Happy hour food was awesome, shrimp quesadillas and bar staff very accommodating. Parking was a little pricey at $25.00, but they were borrowing space from hotel next door.

The room was neat and very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small but serves its purpose. The service was excellent and they want to make your stay special. It is a very nice boutique hotel experience and is great value. Excellent coffee bar / breakfast downstairs. Would definitely recommend.

Where do I start. Our ice maker on our floor did not work when we got there, reported it "we will take care of that". Still was not working when we left 2 days later. Very noisy, thin walls, especially hallway. Even being 11 floors up the street noise and street music was like being on the ground floor. Staff used the same elevator as guest and often we had to wait a long time because each elevator was full of maid carts or dirty laundry. The maid once jumped ahead of us to get into the elevator. Although the rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable ( not to mention the great location) the noise did keep us up late and got us up very early. The restaurant is really a sandwich bar and too expensive. If you just want a place to crash after a show at the Fox, it's a good place. If you want a relaxing weekend, don't stay here. And know ahead of time that they charge 25.00 per night to use their garage.

Great hotel. Very clean and tidy. Staff extremely helpful. Cool, attractive decor. City view room was a bit noisy from street traffic at night, and parking charge of $25 a night a bit steep. Overall though I would stay here again. Neat location, walking distance to good bars, food and downtown.

Went up for an impromptu trip for New Years! Staff was very friendly from the start. Hotel was very modern & nice... Rooms were great! Bathroom was rather small, but really how much time are you spending in the bathroom? Great lounge...Had breakfast, and the waffles were amazing! Great location...within walking distance of bars/restaurants and a 5 min drive to downtown!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by atlantasusan Most comfortable bed and great location.
We spent out anniversary at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make it special for us. The room was european small but just fine. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on. The only drawback was the bathroom was so tiny it was hard to even turn around in it. Also I look forward to the rainfall showerheads when I stay at an Indigo and this shower did not have that feature.
Great location we walked to all our evening events and the art museum the next day.
I would reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in midtown Atlanta.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LandrysGirl Best service ever
I stayed at the Indigo in ATL for work for 3 months, and I can't say enough about the staff and ambience. From the front desk to the sales manager, there was always someone around to make things as convenient and accommodating as possible. No matter what time of day, I was always greeted with the warmest welcome. I absolutely recommend this place, and plan to stay for all of my future visits. The decor is unique and very upbeat-even in the rooms. One con is that the hotel room doors don't block out any hallway noise-they're built like bedroom room doors in a residence (with large gaps), and the bathrooms are annoyingly teeny, and the gym isn't worth visiting. Also, I wish there was a convenience store within the building.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dan62 Great value, great service, great location
My wife and daughter were in town to see the Nutcracker at the Fox Theater. This hotel could not have been more convenient. It's right across the street from the Fox. The rate was also very reasonable for a midtown hotel. They had a room with two double beds which were comfortable and clean. If there could be anything to complain about it would be the very small bathroom. But it was very clean and adequate for there needs. Would definately reccomend this hotel and feel comfortable for my wife to stay there again.

My daughter and I stayed here on a weekend trip to Atlanta to Christmas shop and see The Nutcracker performance at the Fox Theater. It was a great pace to stay! The room was VERY clean, and the customer service was excellent. The bathrooms are small but that's really not a problem.
You can't go wrong staying here!

This Hotel Indigo is very inviting upon entrance. The staff encountered were all very cordial, professional, and smiling. My Priority Club membership was noted right away along with a room upgrade facing Peachtree Street (membership does have privileges).
The central downtown location is awesome and convenient to just about everything you could want to do. There was some street noise but that's part of the charm and draw of staying in the heart of a big city.
You can eat/drink on-site or you can have food delivered. One of the joys of Atlanta is its dining options. Staying at this Hotel Indigo places you near the action, but, unfortunately, not too close. You'll probably have to drive somewhere unless you're up for walking quite a few blocks. Not a huge issue, except for when the temps are too low, or high, for comfort.
There are 2 big negatives to my stay:
1) Parking is $25 a day
2) The bathroom in my room was tiny. And, I mean TINY! I could just about sit on the commode and wash my hands without having to stretch at all. The bathroom was tiny! There was plenty of room space that could have been used to expand the bathroom and not detract from the usefulness of the room. If only......
Otherwise, I definitely recommend this Hotel Indigo.

Yes, the bathrooms are small BUT the hotel is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient. I prefer a small hotel where people smile and say hello, how can I help you. The bed was very comfortable and the wi-fi connection was strong. I would highly recommend Hotel Indigo if you enjoy personal service in a clean comfortable setting.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BDRI Great location, good vibe, attentive staff
Great location in Mid town, only a short cab ride away from the Virginia Highland neighborhood. Our room had an aweseome mural that stretched across the wall that butted up to our king size bed. We slept great. Brad was a delight and very efficient checking us in. Grabbed a couple drinks at the bar with an attentive bartender who was engaged us in sports talk. Room service was super quick. The asthetics throughout the hotel were phenomenal and the hotel had a great vibe. Pricy but good experience.

I thought the parking/access was easy and the hotel has a great location. Convenient to Ga. Tech campus. The lobby was nice and clean. I thought complimentary coffee service in the lobby in the morning would have been nice. Good fitness room with up to date equipment.

My husband and I frequently visit Atlanta and had never stayed at this propoerty. We probably won't go back. The rocker scene over the bed was horrific. They supposedly renovated in 2012, but we couldn't tell. More over, the bathroom was smaller than most half baths. There was no counter space in the bathroom and you could barely turn around. Very disappointing.

The Desk clerk, and all of the staff we encountered were very helpful and got us checked in quickly. The Rooms here are small, like a European hotel, and we were traveling with our 2 smaller kids so not alot of space to spread out. This would be a great place for a couple with tickets to the Fox theater as it is right across the street.
