We wished the restaurant had opened a bit earlier than 5 pm since we had been travelling and wanted a bite to eat; we elected not to order room service which was available. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay with lowered expectations We contracted for a business event. Rooms are good; service was good, but had to be asked for. Front desk staff was friendly and coutreous and wanted to help. Food was very good. perhaps hotel should invest in quieter bathroom vent-fans. Otherwise, heating in the rooms seemed good. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One night stay Flew into town for business. The front desk person, Saiqua, was so friendly. It felt like I had already known her for years. Check in process was quick and efficient. Was pleasantly surprised by the free glass of wine and that as a Platinum Member I got an upgrade. The hallways were a bit unpleasant, dirty floor, bucket to catch water from the ceiling and by my door there was food on the ground. However, when I got into the room I was very happy. Quite spacious, loved the color scheme and the flooring. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant; the food was good, but the staff was a bit too relaxed. I was the only person in the restaurant besides one other person which whom I think the staff knew. They were a bit relaxed in their conversations and I had to get their attention when I wanted to order. That is the only negative but they were very friendly. February 19, 2015

She is a 10 out of 10. Dottie and Tommy always provide me with absolute best service whether I am enjoying a cocktail or a good meal. They are 10 out of 10. Michael is the best waiter and makes breakfast a very relaxing experience. He is 10 out 10. The Manager Richie always personally makes sure that my stay is a 10 out of 10! February 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by cleanliness of elevator area carpet dirty and wrinkled in front of elevator. Audio visual supplier used by the hotel charged an excessive amount for services/items supplied. For instance, a screen mounted on a cabinet (approx. 5' x 6') was charged out at $80/day = $160. February 15, 2015
