The customer service at Basking Ridge is outstanding. The entire staff is focused on one thing - making your experience the best possible, making sure all your needs are met. I'm looking forward to visiting the location in Rome, Italy !

we stayed here with our 3 kids and were disappointed with the hotel. there are no amenities, the hotel itself is in need of some serious care.

I enjoy staying at Hotel Indigo. This hotel was nice, average, but nice. Staff were not the warmest or most friendly at check-in, but were efficient. Booked room with breakfast, not sure if it was worth it. Offered one item and one drink from limited menu and wasn't available early hours.

This is a very beautiful hotel...peaceful environment...
very good atmosphere for somebody who has to
do some work at home.
The whole hotel has friendly staff willing to help you
all the time.
The room is very nice with colors pleasing to the eyes.
I would like to stay in this hotel again
when I will be in the neighborhood

The staff really make this place. Extremely cordial front desk staff particularly Saiqa and the manager was very nice and genuinely cared to hear about areas where there was room for improvement. Bar area is a nice feature.

We booked this hotel based on its convenient location and were not disappointed. We wished the restaurant had opened a bit earlier than 5 pm since we had been travelling and wanted a bite to eat; we elected not to order room service which was available. Overall a good hotel experience.
