I found this to be the them around Baton Rouge which makes me look forward to my visits. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area for business or fun. May 19, 2015

The staff was great. The room was exactly what I needed. The accommodations included filled my needs. This is a place that you will enjoy. It is right in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge, yet the staff make you feel right at home. Thank you for an excellent stay...and a new hotel of choice. May 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great vibe nice people stayed just for a one night a staycation. Caught a concert in the downtown area and enjoyed the Cinco De Mayo festivities. Our hotel was in a great location. was able to walk to most places. The staff was welcoming and our room was up to date and comfortable. The hotel had a good vibe. Very enjoyable stay. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel IF Your Above the 2nd Floor Check in staff and driver who took me to and from the airport were great. My problems began when I asked for a upper floor room. They put me on the second floor where I was forced to listen to traffic and people all night long. Told me I would enjoy the room as I would have a view of the river. The only Room 213 has is a building across the street with nice bright street lights. Then on day 2, the A/C stopped working. Told the front desk on my way to my meeting and they said they would get right on it. Still not working when I left the next morning. The A/C sounded like the one out of the movie in the "Heat of the Night." I guess they didn't oil mine either. I told the clerk about it when I checked out. He said it was the first he had heard of the problem. Finally, $20.00 for a cup of coffeee and bacon and eggs? A little excessive and I travel all over! May 18, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience! Everyone we encountered, from the valet driver, front desk staff, and bartender were extremely friendly and helpful! The atmosphere of the entire hotel was very bright, welcoming, and made me excited to be in Baton Rouge! The rooms were a bit small, but the cleanliness and all other aspects made up for it. If I had been staying there for multiple nights, it may have been a bit crammed for my liking. The location near the river was great and we found great restaurants and bars nearby. Also seemed like a great place to stay for business trips! I will most definitely be staying here again if I return to Baton Rouge. May 14, 2015
