Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fabulous Hotel Not much from the outside, but the inside of the hotel and the room was simply breathtaking. Probably one of the best IHG hotels I have ever stayed at -- and I am a Platininum Elite member. Suite was just like being in a modern home. Breakfast came with a charge, but was as good as it gets. Design of the lobby and rooms was beautiful. The only complaint I would have is the wood floors. The wood is beautiful and I'm sure great during warm weather, but the room got cold quickly when the heat reached its setting and shut off. But, overall, it doesn't get much better than this. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Update to Date This is an old facility that has been redone into an updated clean modern design. The rooms are modern but comfortable, clean wood floors, small closet space, nice shower and bathroom. The hallways are old low and long to get to the rooms and the interior courtyard needs to be updated as the exterior view could be better. The staff is excellent and friendly and the common areas nice, bright and clean. November 16, 2014

Some possible temp issues throughout the hotel (room was chilly and fitness center was HOT) but not enough to detract from an overall enjoyable and relaxing stay for my business trip. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wow! I was welcomed as a IGH Platinum Elite member. Loved the updgrade to a suite. When I returned from dinner I was given a goodie package with a personalized note from the sales manager. What a nice welcoming touch. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff whom I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. The entire stay, including the complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations. The best overall service I've received in a long time! There is even more room for improvement: 1) Though I did not need on this trip, an in-room refrigerator would be nice for future stays. 2) A magazine featuring local happenings in the room would be convenient 3) There are actually blinds to darken the room, along with the curtains and a reminder of this would be helpful in the room. I had to inquire at the front desk. 4) The outlets in the bathroom would not work with my appliances-more outlets in the bathroom would be helpful. November 10, 2014
