Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, great hotel, great location. The design of the room and the hotel was very trendy. While the room we had was a little on the small side, it was very good for couples. Location is also close to everything. March 23, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Kurztripp Für den Preis wurde einfach zuwenig geboten. Sie leben mehr von der Lage als sonst was. Die Fugen in der Dusche waren total verschimmelt. Das war nicht einmal hostel Standard March 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tolles Cityhotel Fürs Wochenende gebucht, kleine Suite mit Balkon, super Blick auf den Alex. Leider das Frühstück zu teuer, Wurst und Käse teilweise mit einem dicken Rand versehen, unappetitlich.. March 12, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Kleine, schicke Zimmer, relativ laut Das Hotel Indigo ist ein schickes Design-Hotel in zentraler Lage am Alexanderplatz in Berlin. Positiv ist das sehr nette Personal. Die Zimmer jedoch sind relativ klein und - vor allem in den unteren Etagen - sehr laut, da die Tram direkt vorbei fährt. March 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful hotel Great hotel with excellent attentive staff. Comfortable modern rooms and a great bar! March 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Service Excellence From early booking up to check-in, service at the bar and restaurant, food quality at breakfest buffet and friendly check-out, the staff of Indigo hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz showed me an outstanding hotel quality. March 9, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by assez bon mais plutôt cher hôtel bien situé et propre, bon petit déjeuner, chambre bien aménagée mais pas très grande, lit à l'allemande (2 couettes sans drap de dessus). Prix assez élevés. March 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Last minute booking and lovely surprise I'm an American female -- I traveled to Germany for business and planned to visit a few cities in West Germany. After discussing my travel plans, a few co-workers convinced me to visit Berlin. After an internet search, I decided to book Hotel Indigo because it was affiliated with a large hotel brand (IHG#, trendy, and located near plenty of transit stops #Alexanderplatz...u-bahn, s-bahn, tram#. Upon checking in, I instantly felt welcomed by the friendly staff. Since I arrived a few hours early, the desk agent let me check-in to an available room early. Since I was traveling by myself, I asked several questions about where to go and where to avoid #especially at night#. Everyone I spoke to at the desk was extremely helpful. The room size was standard for a European hotel. The space included trendy furniture, coffee machine, TV etc. The bed was comfy but the pillows were pretty weak #I used 3 to feel comfortable#. The bathroom offered enough space but the shower did not contain the water well and it spilled over the floor #easy fix with the extra towel#. My floor was pretty quiet and I got a solid night's rest. Since I have a US cell phone plan, the free Wi-Fi was a HUGE bonus. Additionally, the hotel room was CLEAN. Lastly, the restaurant was pretty good, plus they offered a complimentary beer for the first night. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and I will probably book Hotel Indigo during my next trip to Berlin #hopefully later this year). March 3, 2015
