A long time since I stayed in Birmingham centre, but this turned out to be an ideal location and a great choice. The hotel is typically Indigo - that bit different and interesting with a focus on excellent service. A very modern hotel with all the facilities you need, and access to lots of good places to eat and drink - including the internal Marco Pierre White restaurant we used. I would definitely use this hotel again for my Birmingham and surrounding area visits - thanks!

Does what it says on the tin.
Although I think the rooms could do with a bit of a refresh as they are starting to look a bit dog earred.

My wife and I escape the children every January and indulge in a trip to Birmingham to See Strictly Come Dancing. We have been coming for 5 years now and stayed in a variety of hotels close to the Barclaycard Arena (NIA)
This year I found a very attractive offer to stay at the Indigo. My wife and I love to relax when escaping the kids and we both love chilling by a pool. The Spa and pool facilities are fantastic and after lunch in MPW restaurant we spent the afternoon lounging away. As usual I left it to the last minute to arrange any treatments but Nicola in the Spa was fantastic and put up with me changing my mind on treatment times (too many times to mention) and managed to fit us in at the last minute for a me to have a massage and my wife a facial.
The rooms were a good size and had everything we need in it, which included complimentary water (I only like to drink sparkling) and a chocolate bar, which after a night of watching dancing drinking and enjoying ourselves maybe a little too much, the sugar hit was amazing.
Breakfast in MPW was also top class. My wife had a sore head, but I managed a full English and half her scrambled eggs and salmon. Lovely. They even did mini babybell cheeses which I am slightly addicted to.
Don't wait or deliberate, go stay in this hotel, I am sure you not be disappointed!
