Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Magnifico hotel para descansar Toda la experiencia de hospedaje en este hotel fue magnifica, cómoda cama, cómodas almohadas y una habitación silenciosa. No hubo ruidos ambientales externos que afectaras. Dos puntos negativos que son fáciles de eliminar son; Muy lento el proceso de check in, si ya tienen mi información de socio y mi rrequerimientos especificos de habitación este proceso debería durar máximos tres minutos y no diez: ojo gerente. El otro punto negativo corresponde a la actitud de un mesero, que lamentablemente olvidé su nombre, es jóven, tez blanca. EL gesto de su cara denotaba hastío, no querer atender además que su forma de preguntar las cosas era grotesca, tosca rayando en lo grosero. O le piden que cambie actitud o reubiquenlo en un lugar lejano al huesped. Para terminar, ojalá la gerencia de shampoo de cuerpo en sus amenities, el jabón que ofrecen es espantoso. January 28, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by I expected more I choose this hotel in order to try a different brand from IHG, I expected much better service, amenities and facilities, but it was not the case. It's not bad, for me it was an average experience. Even comparing with other IHG hotels, Holiday Inn Express is much better by far! November 12, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Best location in Veracruz, fair service... As new grandparents, my wife and I, needed some place to relax, at a reasonable price and a good location. We stayed at Indigo Veracruz and this, I'll tell you, has been a nice experience. My only regret is we couldn't stay one more night Kindest Regards August 16, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor check-in performance When I tried to check in at 14:40 the hotel staff told me that check in time was 15:00, so after having lunch I came back at 15:40 and I was told to wait for another 20 minutes. I spent some time in the lobby and returned to the reception at 16:20, and the hotel staff lady asked me again to wait for another 20 minutes, without explaining the reasons and without expressing any apologies. She spoke only Spanish which I didn't understand, and even didn't try to speak English. Looks so busy with family members for holiday and on this point I would not recommend this hotel for any business people. However the rest of the stay was ok. August 14, 2013
