Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Downtown Brooklyn stay We had a good stay here and had great service from the staff. The staff is friendly and remembers your name when you come and go. The neighborhood is downtown Brooklyn and it is easy to walk. There are not a lot of restaurants close to this location but there is a lot of shopping. The beds were comfortable, however we found the room to be small. The entry of the hotel is not well marked and it is easy to miss if you are not looking above you to find the sign a couple of floors from ground level. May 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel for a missed flight Had my flight home canceled and was able to easily book the hotel using the IHG app on my phone using points and cash. The hotel is a 30 min cab ride from LGA. I had a 650am flight the next morning and asked if I could get a cab back to the airport and the hotel arranged a car for a reasonable rate that was ready on time for my early flight. The restaurant is more of a bar/restaurant, and is open late. Was very pleased with the room, especially the bathroom. May 22, 2015

Staff was very helpful and friendly, Jonathan from the front desk provided excellent service. The attached bar/restaurant was full and everyone was having a great time. Can't wait to go back! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Valet service was incompetent The hotel décor was cool and hip. The rooms were clean and comfy. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is great, right around the corner from the main shopping area. The valet parking service, however, needs to be re-evaluated. Hotel Indigo Brooklyn uses LAZ for their valet parking service. LAZ parks your car at an off-site parking garage. After we checked out of the hotel, we waited over one hour for our car, along with at least 3 other hotel guests who were also waiting for their cars. If you're arriving at the hotel with a car, I would strongly recommend not using the LAZ valet parking service; find street parking or a parking garage on your own, since Hotel Indigo Brooklyn doesn't have any on-site parking. If public transportation is an option, even better - the subway station is right at the corner half a block from the hotel. May 19, 2015
