The hotel has modern design and stylish interiors; however the rooms are tiny with no space to move or relaxing after long day; the walls do not provide enough sound proofing so if you are a light sleeper you will be interrupted when your neighbor gets in, open his closet sliding doors and if having a loud phone conversation. The staff is helpful and friendly but usually they forget about the IHG club membership checkin gift so you have to remind them if you need your bottle of water.
The price is good for location and room is clean and comfortable, if all what you need is a bed to crash at end of your long day.

This property might be a conversion from another hotel or residence. It was frigid in February and there was no heat in the bathroom. Heat did work in the guest room, but it did take quite a while to warm up. On the third floor, hot water took a long time to appear, if at all. I resorted to using the hair dryer to get some heat into the bathroom. You might have a better experience in a different room or floor.
Wallpaper on the ceiling is very odd. A blow-up of a chandelier. Kind of distracting and makes the small room look even smaller.
Hotel staff were excellent. Check-in was quick and they were happy to provide directions to the subway, which was nearby. Adjoining restaurant has good food at reasonable prices.
