Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Awesome staff helpful and courteous This hotel was so pleasant on the eyes, and cheery! I felt very much at home while walking thru the lobby and checking in. The main chain hotels need to visit your establishment to see how color and beach like decor can make such a difference in feeling relaxed and comfortable! I seriously have told many of my friends about my stay with you, and when returning to the Chicago area again, I will book my room with you, without a doubt! Thank you for your hospitality! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel in good area I generally love Hotel Indigo, and while this is a nice hotel overall it is certainily the worst Indigo I have stayed in. Rooms and corridors very worn, bathroom needed some attention to tiles etc. Staff terrible, couldn't care less and rude, but I don't choose hotels based on staff, I choose based on cost, location and rooms. This hotel is good value for the area, but the car parking next door (valet only) is very expensive if paid on the day, with a slight discount when including it with your room. January 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel! Beautiful hotel, very comfortable and up to date! It sits in a pretty residential area, which was nice. It was a quiet, friendly neighborhood while still being close to everything. The only downside was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room, which is pretty standard these days. Had expected one and had items that needed to be refrigerated. However, this small detail is not a deal breaker and I would stay here again, just not with cold items! January 22, 2015
