Very impressed how the Front Desk Agent (Leslie I believe) remembered me. She was pleasant, and went out of her way to call Member Services to change the spelling on my first name. Excellent hospitality representative for The Indigo Hotel.

Price fair room and view great.
Staff not helpful and parking expense costly and not explained up front.

I generally love Hotel Indigo, and while this is a nice hotel overall it is certainily the worst Indigo I have stayed in. Rooms and corridors very worn, bathroom needed some attention to tiles etc. Staff terrible, couldn't care less and rude, but I don't choose hotels based on staff, I choose based on cost, location and rooms. This hotel is good value for the area, but the car parking next door (valet only) is very expensive if paid on the day, with a slight discount when including it with your room.
