This was a return stay, because I had an excellent stay last year. I was not disappointed. This stay was equally lovely.

The hotel Indigo was a great place that was within minutes of the airport. Great location with restaurants nearby as well. The staff was excellent. Will stay there again on future travels.

Great location for the airport. Nice room and physical plant. Attitude was an issue as the check-in staff demonstrated a "don't bother me" attitude.
Attitude is everything and a negative one is a real deal breaker.

Very stylish, safe and comfortable hotel minutes from the ATL airport. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff will make you feel like you are at home. Very pleasant experience.

Over the last 8.5 years, I have averaged staying at IGH hotels at least 100 nights per year. This was the worst experience in the last 8.5 years as Platinum Elite with IGH Rewards Club.
1. I have always been allowed to cancel IGH reservations up until 5PM day of reservations. This good IGH policy has allowed me full flexibility in my business travel and respond to changes in business priorities.
This Hotel Indigo refused to let me cancel the reservation even though travel plans had changed. Two times, the front desk transferred me to "Reservations" because they did not know the policy or did not want to make the cancellation which is usually the IGH practice in North America. The front desk was either untrained or rude.
2. I have always been greeted as Platinum Elite or automatically upgraded in size of room. I understand that sometimes an upgrade is not possible because of late arrival but an effort is always made.
This Hotel Indigo refused to even acknowledge that I was an Platinum Elite. In fact, they did not acknowledge IGH Rewards Club amenities whatsoever.
3. Eventually, I spoke to the manager. She did not apologize for her untrained staff or rude staff. She did not offer to refund my money or reduce the rate for my inconvenience. Her attitude was "take it or leave it" and her attitude was she did not value Platinum Elite Rewards Club membership.
4. Because of this treatment, I have started using one of your competitor's Rewards club and I am transferring my average 100 nights a year to your competitors.
