Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do not depend on the Indigo Shuttle The Indigo shuttle from the airport to the hotel is not dependable. I stayed at the Indigo to take advantage to the parking while flying. The two times I stayed there, the shuttle did not arrive at the airport to bring me back to my car. I had to hire a cab, October 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another great stay! Thanks to my business I come to Atlanta at least once a month and I have stayed at this hotel since it opened. Very nice staff, rooms have always been clean, bar staff and now that they have draft beer, again, it's great. The food is a bit expensive and not that good but there aren't any good restaurants in downtown College Park that I like to go. I have three more reservation before the year is over and pan to be back in 2015 several more times. October 8, 2014

El internet en la habitación, jamás funcionó. La habitación no está bien aislada del ruido exterior, se escucha muy fuerte el ruido de aviones y tren. October 7, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, bad location This hotel was what I expected from an Indigo property. The hotel itself was nice. However, the neighborhood was not that desirable. The MARTA train/bus station was an easy walk (1/2 block) but I found this area to be utilized as an outdoor bathroom. I had to step over puddles of urine every day I walked to the train station. There are no outside dining options near this hotel. You either eat on property or go hungry. October 7, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Noisy Room First time I had stayed at an Indigo and was disappointed. The reception staff were average, food stopped at 9:30pm, the bar area was unwelcoming and worst of all, the room was not sound proofed, and the hotel is sited on the direct flight path of the busiest airport in the world. Take along your earplugs. Hotel is a 10 minute shuttle bus ride from the domestic terminal, and buses run infrequently - every 30 minutes. October 7, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Experience Walking into the reception front desk girl was slumped over desk on cell phone, didn't recognize me as a Platinum member. TV didn't work until maintenance came up. No Washer Dryer. Every time I went downstairs same person on cell. Temp locked at 68 no lower. Was told by same clerk when I had to ask that breakfast was at 6:30. Went down at 6:35 Saturday and was told 7:00. So I decided to have coffee then shuttle to Airport to find the coffee maker didn't work. Was asked if I wanted 600 bonus points or snack bag, I opted for points, points didn't show on my account. Shuttle driver was great. October 1, 2014
