Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Check in was not too good In the past two years I have stayed approximately 17 nights at this Ingo Hotel and everything has been great. This time I felt the check in staff had no idea what was going on. Once I checked in I asked for the note advising them I was leaving my car for 10 days and I was asked to pay for it. I explained to the person I was paying under Park and Fly program. It took her a few minutes to go back to my reservation and verify I was telling the truth. Can't believe that she didn't noticed it. Hope it doesn't happen again because it shows she didn't care. Other than that I had a pleasant evening even if the bar wasn't serving draft been, again, I have four reservation in the next two months and hope it goes like in the past. Great place to stay. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, atrocious cleaning service and staff service I loved the bed, the room was nice and the breakfast package we included with our reservation was well worth it. The breakfast hostess, Maria, was very nice and accommodating. And Stacy, the male night staff person, was very nice and responsive to our concerns. The other female night staff were very rude, and dismissive of our concerns. Very poor customer service and very poor management team. We didn't get very good cleaning service (shower wasn't cleaned, linen not changed although we stayed for three nights and they said they change linen every two nights, and towels were dirty and never wiped and cleaned desk/tv stand and nightstand). Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Staff Ever So, I flew to ATL and was booked for the Indigo Hotel. I always stay at the Airport Indigo as it is where i need to be most times, but for some reason when booking I picked the Mid-Town location. Upon trying to check in at the Airport location I was informed of my mistake. Instead of being told they could not help me, ISIS - the young receptionist, picked up the phone to call Mid-Town to request a change. At first they said no we already charged the Credit Card. ISIS did not let that stop her, she called again and was able to get me rebooked at the Airport location and my CC was not charged at Mid-Town. This is what 1st rate Customer Service looks like. ISIS was patient with me and the other hotel until she was able to address my needs. AND THIS IS WHY I STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Dear Management, Give ISIS a raise. She is a great asset to your organization, October 31, 2014
