The front desk staff 'Romain and Jesse" go above and beyond to make sure they remember guests . Each time I have gone to this hotel they are always friendly and have a great knowledge of the area. I wish other hotels had employees this professional, GREAT HOTEL!

We were in town for the First Ladys Hope and Will Challange Volleyball tournament Feb 14-17. I must commend Irene at the front desk. With 2 large groups in the hotel and the issues that came up she handled it all in a very professional manner never losing her cool. The BIGGEST issue was NO HOT WATER on Monday the 17th. Not a great way to start your day. dssapointed that the Manager has yet to return my call or respond to my e-mail. Maybe Irene should be promoted!

First, check-in was confusing. We were double booked. Still waiting on that credit! Second, toilet was clogged. It was late and after driving 8 hours my family and I were ready to go to bed and using the toilet was required. I had to fetch the plunger and unclog it myself because they were "too busy". Third, there was only one bar of soap in the room to share between the sink and the shower. Normally I would overlook that but since i'm complaining there it is. Fourth, the one tiny trash can in the bathroom is not sufficient either. Especially for a family of four! Now the best for last! No hot water in the room on the morning of check-out! We had to drive home 8 hours without a shower. We were not happy!

I wrote a previous review, but forgot this part of my stay.
When we arrived, I had booked 2 queens and was told they were out of those and only had a king room. This was fine, since it was just my 17 year old daughter and I for a VB tournament, but I was told that this happened to MANY in our group. I checked in at 5:00, with most not coming in until much later. How is a hotel out of queen rooms that early in the evening and how, when that is what we reserved online is that not available when we arrive?

I was not impressed or really happy at all with our accommodations at the Hotel Indigo Atlanta Airport.
1. Parking is not ample for the hotel
2. No hot water in the entire hotel on the last morning of our stay.
3. Breakfast buffet was not adequately stocked and prepared for the number of guests.
4. Day One - had to hunt and ask for silverware for breakfast. Staff moved very slowly to rectify.
5. Day Two - the milk on the buffet was out of date and even the next day, some expired milk was on the buffet.
6. Made a phone call to the front desk to request toothpaste on the first morning of our stay. Was told housekeeping did not come in until 9:00 and I would have to come to the front desk, as no one was able to bring it to me. No real concern on the part of the staff.
7. Check-in took way too long. There was a volleyball team and cheerleading team checking in on Friday, 2/14, and the counter was understaffed and the staff on hand moved way too slowly to accommodate the lobby full of guests.

A friend and I stayed at Hotel Indigo during a recent overnight layover in ATL. We caught the free shuttle from the airport and were greeted by a friendly and welcoming front desk attendant. He answered all our questions about the neighborhood, the restaurants, and what to do and see while in town. He said the shuttle would give us a ride to anywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the design of the hotel was unique and inviting. The restaurant was nice (salmon sliders and fries are great), but maybe slightly overpriced. However, the convenience of eating right at the hotel made up for the few extra dollars paid. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo to anyone looking for something different than your everyday franchise hotel.

Wonderful weekend get away, room was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious. Was initially worried about location as we had to travel through rough section of Atlanta to get to the property but once there was pleasantly surprised. The bar and lounge are excellent and the food was delicious. Would stay here again!!!

ROMAINE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS AMAZING!! HE WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ALL MY QUESTIONS.
I FORGET THE TWO FEMALES WHO HELPED ME AT THE BAR NAMES, I BELIEVE ONE OF THEIR NAMES WAS VANESSA ..THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN A HOTEL. THEY ALL DESERVE A RAISE.
MY ROOM WAS ROOMY AND NICELY DECORATED
SO HAPPY I SPENT MY BIRTHDAY WEEKEND IN YOUR HOTEL.

I've stay at this hotel 4 or 5 times. The hotel is beautiful and very nicely decorated. The rooms are roomy and very comfortable beds. The bar is nice, but the restaurant needs to expand the menu. The food is good, just not enough options. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. After reading this, you would think that this is a perfect place to stay, but I've had the same thing happen twice that has me not wanting to go back. On both of my last visits I had an employee be very unprofessional with my lady. The first time it happened I ignored it. On my most recent visit, when I walked out to bring the car around one of the guys told my lady to come back and see him when she can get away. When she asked what did he mean, he told her to lose me and she knew where to find him. I was going to address it with him, but she convinced me not to. I did send my concerns to management and I received the generic, " we will address whatever problems you had on your visit". That alone showed me that my concern wasn't taken to seriously. They just lost a good customer

I always try to stay here when I need to be by the airport. This property appears new and it is reasonably priced. The staff is so friendly and the restaurant is quite good. The draft selection is all local and fresh. I'm actually sitting in the property on a subsequent visit writing this. See you next time.

Fist off...Pam, Lisa and Faith were amazing at the bar!!! Being away from home for a week for work is tough at times and having staff that is so welcoming and kind helps a ton. It was almost like having a second family!
If you have a craving for the best wings in the world just ask Josh at the front desk and he will steer you toward a little BBQ place around the corner. Again very helpful.
The rooms are very clean and spacious. The entire hotel has a very modern look. I love this place and the staff is top in my book. Always helpful and always accommodating. Each time exiting and entering you will be greeted with a smile. And a huge bonus for me too was the Aveda products they give you in the room!!! YAY!!!
I would definitely stay here again!!!

The staff was overwhelmingly courteous and helpful with everything from a late check-in to wonderful breakfast service to restaurant suggestions. The rooms were newly decorated and clean. Loved the convenience to MARTA. Will stay again.

Did not have a reservation but completed one on my smart phone before the receptionist was able to get to me, seemed under staffed. This is the only reason that would keep me from possibly staying at this location again but would definitely try their other locations.

I would recommend this location, Jesse was very hospitable. He treated us like we were his family. It was my first time meeting him. Great customer service skills!!!! After a wonderful stay, I forgot my raincoat and Jade was instrumental in retrieving it for me. I thank her and the person in housekeeping, the integrity of the staff is to be commended.

I was, and still am amazed at the quality, hospitality, and attention to detail that I received from recent and ongoing stay at the Staybridge. The staff is professional, inviting, and truly concerned about your needs. I have not seen or stayed in a hotel with this level ever before. I have been at the Hapeville facility now for over 60 days and I see how the staff interacts with those unpleasant patrons, and I give them credit!! The staff is a direct reflection of the top notch management!! It’s all in the details, and this place has nailed it!! If you want the best value, cleanest rooms, and most detailed and warm staff- Well you found the right Hotel/House!!

The room was spacious and clean and less than a 5 minute drive to the Atlanta airport. The shower was a walk-in. The only negative was a lack of internet, which was out due to a power shortage the previous day. There were restaurants close by, but did require you to drive to them.

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff.
Unlike most hotels near airports this one is not 'trapped' within the vast complex and ground transportation is literally on the doorstep to both the airport itself and downtown plus of course the hotel's own courtesy shuttle.

My wife and I stayed for new years eve and the accommodations were amazing! The hotel rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. We'd originally booked a room at the ritz Carlton buckhead but decided to change reservations at the last minute. The staff was extremely nice and professional. We will most definitely stay again. We also ordered room service... Food was great and enjoyed brunch in the hotel's restaurant.

Upon arrival tothe hotel we were greeted a warm welcome at the front desk.Everyone was helpful and professional.The check in was quick and went off without a hech.The room was perfect(extremely clean,plenty of room and comfortable.Loved the plush carpet thourghout and room decor.Enjoyed the banquent area and the party area.Plush beds,I slept like a baby.I would love to come back for another event or just a weekend away from home.I would recommend it to everyone.

Room was great! Hotel has nice look, but it is extremely out of place when you see where it is located. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast food was good, but was quite unorganized. If there had been 15-20 eating at the same time, they would have been overwhelmed. Loved the room and decor, but the train that ran all night and blew its horn as it passed trumped the night! Between the planes and the trains we didn't sleep well. Would love the hotel in a different location. They did not get my bill right, so I have been having to watch my account to make sure I get the credit back to my account.

Girlfriend and I had a layover in ATL and decided to stay at a nearby hotel. Hotel Indigo was less than 10min from the airport and within 20min I was in my clean king size room. We ate at the onsite restaurant, which was pricey, but delicious! All staff that we met were kind and helpful; however, they had very limited knowledge of the local dining and nightlife. Overall a good experience.

The property is new and comfortable. Very nice desk and restaurant staff. Spacious rooms and nice restaurant. Only down side was the airport van driver. It was Christmas Day/afternoon, granted, but he did not say hello, was not in uniform of any kind, we waited more than half an hour and he drove to a package store where we had to wait while an airline staff person on board went in to purchase liquor. This was incredibly inappropriate and rude! We'd been travelling with our kids all day and then waited for the van for over half an hour...we certainly did not want to make a personal side trip he could have made on his own time. Aside from that, the hotel itself was a delight.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 7 times this year. Always to notch. I called from the airport, around 10:00 pm, I was told the driver was already in route. The driver didn't show up until almost 10:35 pm. He blamed the previous drier for having the keys to both shuttles. I checked in and didn't get the bag of goodies I had received in the past. No important but they have made such a big deal in the past I thought I mentioned. Checked in and either the remote or the TV isn't working. I had some extra batteries and change them on the remote. Not working. Called the front desk and was told I would have to wait until she had taken care of some soon to be arriving guest. No problem, I went down and pick up the remote and no one was been checked in. When back to the room and it didn't work. For what you pay and based on past experience it wasn't a good night. Will I stay again? I have reservations for January and February 2014. Let's see what happens......

I love this hotel.....the staff makes the hotel so awesome. The rooms are unique and it makes you not even think about the more pricey hotels because this one is amazing!!!!!!! It's great when the staff greats you with a welcome back. They are the definition of southern hospitality. Whoever designed the hotel did a great job. When I need time to myself or need great rest, I come here. I never mind spending my money at hotel indigo. I make it my business to stay here at least once a month. Though I can get more ihg points for staying at 3 different hotels, Id rather sacrifice those points by staying here and here only.... Highly recommended.... I appreciate the staff and their professionalism with kindness.

I have stayed in a wide range of hotels around the world and have genuinely rarely experienced such a friendly, helpful and cheerful staff at any hotel anywhere in the world. From the front desk, and the restaurant through to the cleaners, everyone could not do enough or be more charming.
The rooms were large and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.
The hotel is next to the Marta station and the occasional train might be slightly bothersome to some if you are a light sleeper. But everything that could be done by the exceptional staff is done.
