The room was nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. Loved the Aveda products in the bathroom. I would rate the staff a tad below average. They did o.k. at check-in. The bar service was fair to poor. The table was dirty when we sat down, and they were not busy. We ordered mixed drinks and they did not come with a stir straw, when we asked for one they gave us a big drinking straw. When we wanted to pay our bill, we had to ask for it and then they never came to collect it. We left it on the table, hoping they got it after we left. Our check-out experience was poor. The bill was correct, no problems there, but the staff were not interacting with us at all. I guessed that when they handed me my final paperwork, that I was finished, but they never even said, "Thank you" or goodbye or anything. I said thank you to them and left. Just a little thing, but makes a difference on how someone is feeling when leaving.

Everything was great for the two nights that my wife and I stayed. As of writing this review, I haven't received my welcome points.

My husband and I checked into the Hotel Indigo, Atlanta GA on Saturday 02/28/2015, what a beautiful hotel, the staff was very friendly and later that evening we went to the lounge/restaurant for a bite to eat and the food was very good!!
This is the first time we heard of Hotel Indigo, however we will look for more in the future when we travel.
