Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Needs a refresh
Hotel needs a refresh. HVAC system couldn't keep up with a cool April in Dallas. Guestrooms need dressers and closets, not tables, to store clothes. Main lobby needs sewage smell removed. Trendy vibe, but not my cup of tea. First and last time here, many other places to stay in Dallas.

LOVE that this doesn't look like every other hotel that I've stayed at over the last 5 years.

Stayed here for a job interview and wanted a hotel close by. Well maintained older hotel with great staff. The free shuttle service was a great plus, I did not have to worry about getting to my interview on-time. Overall great stay!!

I've been a member since 2012, and Hotel Indigo in Downtown Dallas was one of my favorite experiences thus far. During my stay, it seemed that there was a volleyball tournament going on and with numerous people flooding the lobby trying to check in and generally looking to stress out the staff, the service was still excellent. The staff was heartwarming and kind even with all the noise in the background. It seemed like they wanted me there and I really appreciate that.

Only reason I would stay there again is convenience. Decor is cheesy, bar is next to lounge/restaurant seating so no privacy from families with little kids. Walls/doors are paper thin, heard loud noises whole time. Turned on shower, the spout was facing backwards towards the corner where a towel was placed as if an employee was playing a prank so that when I turned on shower the towel got soaked (real funny). Oh, and did I mention over priced.
