Guest Reviews

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 415 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay! The staff was friendly and took care of every need. The room was clean and comfortable. The internet worked great, and the floors were quiet. Breakfast was really good. Dining places are a short walk. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in the downtown Dallas area. May 19, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Dallas This hotel was dissappointing for the money- very bizarre decor for Dallas (beach themed), looked like a very old hotel that had been patched over to look "nicer". The lobby has a moldy/ musty smell to it (not a great first impression). I was even more unimpressed by our room size for a king (tiny) and the bathroom was so small you had to squeeze in to close the door. The shower (which was a flat bottom shower not a tub) did not drain which made showering a quick experience before it overflowed. Also the bar closes at 11pm even on Friday and Saturday which seems a little early. Our room was also by a service closet which was very loud in the morning and we had another incident with an altercation between two people in the hall around 2:30am. Sleeping was comfortable, but loud. As some positives the hotel staff was great, our bed was comfortable, and the room was always very clean. This hotel needs a complete redo or a significant price break. Not worth the money at all. May 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay Great place to stay Clean, great staff. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere in a 3 1/2 mile radios of the hotel. The only issue I had was when i lift my room in the morning for the day out, house keeping looked thru my bag I know because I always leave my portfolio laying flat on the bottom of my bag and when I cheked, it was moved. This won't stop me from staying here but maybe not leave idems in my room that might get lost. May 17, 2015
