Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Very positive experience- with caveat The Front Desk and Valet associates (check-in and check-out) were phenomenal- professional and friendly. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. The rooms were immaculate; however, the A/C (floor/ wall) unit and television were a bit archaic. Free wifi was greatly appreciated- particularly since my Verizon cell phone had spotty coverage at this location. Aside from that, my stay was a very positive experience. October 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Good hotel staff; roof bar lovely Front desk staff were helpful and attentive. Convenient location to downtown. Room was comfortable and clean. A little street noise, but loud motorcycle(s) left area by midnight... Hotel not ready for volume of people checking out at the same time for luggage assistance and car retrieval. Roof bar served cold red wine; reason was it got hot on the roof. Suggest separate refer for chilling white wine and for keeping the reds at a palatable temperature regardless of the ambient air temperature. Regardless of the little inconveniences the overall experience was good; great location and facility. October 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Fort Myers I stayed at the Hotel Indigo while downtown Fort Myers for a wedding. I stay in a lot of hotels for business - this hotel was definitely a a great place to stay. Very fresh and modern, tall ceilings in the lobby, great ambiance of a boutique hotel but with the well practiced service of a well known chain. When I walked in late on a friday night, there was a gent playing blues saxaphone which put a smile on my face after a long day. Bathroom was fantastic, lots of counter space and a fantastic shower. King Bed was super comfortable and the AC was nice and cold. No minifridge in the room I was in but otherwise, I have absolutely nothing else to complain about. This was a great stay for a VERY good price. I was on a wedding rate but even taking that out of consideration, the base rates are certainly worth it for the quality and the service. All the staff (front desk, valet, maids, etc) were very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. October 26, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome stay We were there for our son's sailing regatta, but it was the same weekend as zombiecon (25,000 people dress up in zombie costumes and run around the town. Despite all of the people and noise (big crowd in front of hotel listening to a very loud DJ) the staff was friendly and unrattled. It was clear that they were well trained and managed. All our needs were taken care of promptly and cheerfully, again despite the huge crowds of people who were running outside and inside the hotel. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and looked new. October 22, 2014

Now, I am anxious to come back, this time perhaps for a night or two longer to experience the revitalized Downtown Ft. Myers. The shops and restaurant choices were great. Anxious to experience more! The view was awful and the bathroom amenities seemed incomplete, but we were only there for one night, so this had little impact. It was very easy to get a reservation at the very last minute.
