To get access to the internet I had to stand next to the room door. As soon as I made my way into the room it disconnected. Also as a Platinum member I had to ask on both days to upgrade the complimentary drinks in the fridge. Plus the hotel must have run out of pens for the rooms!
For 2 days there was no porridge for breakfast.

Lack of in-room WiFi access and poor WiFi connection at the lobby was a bad experience.

We were impressed from our arrival right through to the moment we left; beautifully appointed hotel with phenomenal customer service, in a convenient, central location. The rooms were exceedingly clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was great value for money. Our only frustration related to the reliability of the WiFi connection in our room (though there was a great connection in the lobby). We would come back to stay here or at another Hotel Indigo location without question.
