Group Stay and Events Process

Our Group Stay and Events process consists of four easy steps:

Step 2: Browse a list of hotels in your requested location, including hotel details and events facilities information, and make your choice.
Step 3: Enter the details of your group stay or event needs.
Step 4: Review your rate information and the details of your group stay or event, enter your contact information and submit. Events reservation options vary by location, but you will have the opportunity to either book online or request a quote.

Response

If you use the Request a Quote process, you will receive a prompt quote from Hotel Indigo.

If you use the Book Online process, you will receive an immediate confirmation of your reservation.
