"Was not allowed to make reservations for my next visit"
While there at this hotel, on Sat am,April 25 I attempted to make reservations for my next visit, since I was already there. The lady that work in the accounting office said,"you will have to go on[More]
line to make reservations, I can not make reservations." She was very rude and hateful.I usually call on the phone and is transferred to reservations, but I thought being that I was there already, I could go ahead and set everything up.I have never seen this happen before. My other concern is that my room did not have a desk for my laptop. I was given a code , but no desk to use in my room. Everything else was fine.
