Washington. How fitting for our first visit to Washington D.C. Breakfast was great each morning and we were within walking distance (half a mile to the Metro station) - although the shuttle drove us a few times. Kudos to Theresa in the kitchen who gave us great information on getting around on the Metro and what sights to see. She was spot on. We would have hired her to be our private tour guide if she was allowed to take off! We had such a great time, we booked another mini vacation at the end of June and plan to bring our teenage boys back with us. [Less]

Express's are like this one that's the only hotel I'd ever stay in. The beds are the most comfortable in the world and it was wonderful NOT to hear kids, housekeeping and any other noisemakers in the early hours of morning. [Less]
