I stay here and only here every time I come to London for business. The rooms, amenities and hotel staff are great. The atmosphere and food in the restaurant is very good. I recommend it!

We chose the Hotel Indigo mainly because of its location close to Paddington but I am so glad we did.
The rooms might be small (as are most in London) but the thought and great attention to detail that has obviously gone into outfitting the rooms result in a great exerience. We loved the thoughtful yet somewhat quirky touches - mural on the back wall of the bedroom, use of mirrors to ensure that the room felt light and airy, great power shower with choice of shower heads, very comfortable bed, super hot towel rail, excellent toiletries and good tea and coffee supplies.
Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Salvatore.
We will be back.

Literally steps away from Paddington Tube, this was a great stylish hotel. Comfortable king bed and I wish I had the bathroom in my own house!
Free soft drinks in the mini-bar was a nice touch, although for the price of the room I'd kind of expect that!
When we came back from dinner, someone had turned the bed down and put some chocolate mints on the pillows - classy touch.
The only downer was breakfast took AGES to come. After about 30 minutes and everyone around us getting ours they came to ask if toast on an Eggs Benedict was ok as they'd run out of muffins. By the time it eventually came it was just lukewarm.

We recently stayed here rooms are first class with excellent in room facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Could not fault our stay. I use Inter Continental Group a lot mainly Holiday Inn , Indigo is certainly a class above. Have booked another stay in another Indigo based on our experience here.

I have been using the Indigo Paddington since the first day they opened. I keep coming back because the people and location are just excellent for me. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, feel at home service and accessibility to get round London. Absolutely fantastic.

Have stayed in this Hotel a few times now and each time the service hsa been excellent. I have been welcomed as a platinum Priority Card member each time and have been made to feel very welcome. The location is fantastic as you have easy access to Paddington station and tube. The rooms are very contemporary, but just a little small, although you don't expect much more in London. I woudl definately stay here again.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by TARAN GREAT LOCATION!!!
I always knew that hotel rooms in London are small but that small....Coming from India where you have the luxury of space of as good as 30-35 sqm of room size this one was an eye opener and made me think on what a Holiday Inn Express will look like.
Having said that, the hotel definitely has a great location....right at Paddington Station (a 5 mts walk), gets you connected to Heathrow via the non stop Heathrow express in 15 mts flat. The hotel has a single restaurant that serves great breakfast and I will say is not priced too high from a star rated hotel standards. The restaurant can get very busy at times during the day so expect a delayed service as well.
My check in experience was not that great though. Being a Priority Club Platinum Elite member, I expect a priority check in which was missing. In fact waited for 15 minutes for the room to get ready without being asked for a glass of water. Complimentary Newspaper which was not delivered to room but seems was complimentary for everyone and you could pick your copy next to elevator. Complimentary upgrade was not offered. Recognition - sorry missed out though I presented my PCR card on check in.
The staff at the Front Desk is very courteous though and very helpful.
I would recommend to stay here if you want something central and easy to connect around. Oxford, Marble Arch is not very far. You can go walking or can even take a bus. There are plenty of Indian restaurants around if you feel like having something Indian.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Recregator Great Staff, Largest Shower I've ever found in Europe
The hotel was just across the street from the Paddington Station, making it easy to hop on the Heathrow Express to the airport. It was a short walk to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. I was able to catch The Big Red right outside (one of the double decker tour buses). The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. They even printed out a map and directions to a dinner party I needed find. The room was very small but typical for Europe. The shower was the big surprise...as big as the one I had in Texas! It also had a rainfall showerhead as well as a handheld. The bathroom came stocked with plenty of BIG towels, a robe, slippers, and had a towel heater. The mini 'fridge was stocked with complimentary water, soda, and other drinks. My only disappointment was the last night finding my water had not been restocked. The bed was very comfortable. Turndown service included a chocolate mint on my pillow each evening. Being a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe at this location.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by FionaNT Great property and friendly staff
Stayed at Hotel Indigo Paddington in snowy February. Beautifully decorated and in a great location, this property boasts the friendliest staff of the five hotels I've stayed at in London. Rooms are well equipped with great amenities including complimentary minibar (non alcoholic - they're not crazy!), super fast free wifi, a really comfy bed and a very pretty view over the park across the road. Only a couple of minutes from Paddington station the hotel offers easy tube access and is an ideal location for day trips out of the city or a pleasant walk to Hyde Park or Notting Hill's famous markets. My new first choice for accommodation in London.

All of the Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. I arrived early but did not have to wait long before I could check-in. I stay at this Indigo whenever I am in London.
