Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Theatre Weekend It was my wifes birthday and I treated her to a London Theatre Weekend. We usually stay in other IHG chain hotels and there is nothing wrong with them but as I am a frequent Business traveller, I had some IHG rewards points to cash in. So I decided to book a more up market hotel this time to make the birthday weekend even more special. The Hotel Indigo in Kensington looked good and had some great reviews.. On arrival at Earls Court Station we were please to find that we didn't need to walk far to the hotel and we were very warmly greeted at the door and in reception. The room was lovely (room 218) and very quiet. In fact we didn't hear anybody else whilst in our room even though it was quite busy. The facilities were fantastic. My only slight gripe was the price of the breakfast. You don't get breakfast with rewards nights. £15 each for continental breakfast if you pay the restaurant directly or £15 each for a cooked breakfast if you book via reception. Why Guys? Loved the hotel, had a fantastic weekend, and would definitley stay here again. March 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Location and great service The hotel location really the prime reason we want to stay on this particular hotel due to the high cost of getting a cab back and forth to Heathrow. We can just hop in on Piccadilly circus line and were there. The warm welcome by the staff of the hotel and explaining important things we need to know on the duration of our stay on the hotel. One negative experience on our stay is the the squeaky bed on room 313. Best regards. March 17, 2015
