Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and quiet rooms Great stay at Indigo Hotel Madrid. Very central and close to Metro. Easy to get to all the tourist sites. July 29, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel with great location and disappointing WiFi The hotel is nice, modern and comfortable with great location. The Opera, the Royal Palace and the largest museums are at walking distance, two Metro stations are just a minute away and you can choose from variety of restaurants in the area, including a nice restaurant of the hotel itself. The only disappointing experience I had was with the Free WiFi service, being almost unusably slow as I did not want to pay extra for the Premium WiFi. July 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA!!! July 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location The room was too hot and not enough staff on the reception. The lunch was great and the staff helpful when they had the time. There should always be a minimum of two on reception. Great location but hotel hard to find. July 20, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good beds, good food, great service I have stayed at a number of hotels over the last fifteen years on business and pleasure. This is the second Hotel Indigo I have stayed at. It is well located and the only times we used a taxi were for transfers from the airport (taxi fare is fixed at €30) and onward to the railway station. All staff at the hotel were excellent. We had breakfast and all evening meals in the hotel. The menu and wine list were well balanced for choice, with an especially good choice for my partner, who does not eat poultry or red meat. We both suffer with lower back pain at the slightest provocation, so good beds are important to us. This, with good fitting curtains, allowed us to get a good night's sleep and be refreshed for the next day. July 19, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Location and Clean Facility We were 2 families and our kids were delighted with the interconnecting rooms in this wonderful clean, fresh hotel that provided us everything within walking distance. We attended the One Direction concert, saw the bull fights at the arena and enjoyed our trip to parque warner as well. July 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Madrid May 2014 Great new hotel! I would highly recommend this hotel. It was easy to get to from the metro (not so much the train however). Taxi service was good. With the new fixed price to/from the airport (30 Euros), it makes it much easier to stay at this location. My Spanish friends who came to meet me in the hotel really enjoyed the location and the new building was a great improvement over the building that used to be in the same spot. The hotel restaurant on the 1st floor was very good and the food prices were not too crazy. The cost of the wine was very reasonable. I hope to stay here more often in the future. July 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super friendly staff. Great location This Hotel is a hidden gem. Perfect location in the middle of Madrid. Nice design and wonderful roof top lounge with pool. Would definitely come back if I visited Madrid another time. July 10, 2014
July 7, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cool, Chic hotel in the heart of Madrid This hotel is brand new, and it beautifully decorated. rooms are small, very chic and cool. Amazing showers. Would have loved to have had more time here, especially to enjoy roof top pool. Great location. July 7, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by great design - rooms with patio view It is quite common that hotels in Madrid have rooms facing the patio. At the check in I receive the information that all Standard Rooms at the Indigo are in this location, why is this not mentioned in during the booking process? Other people that checked in had the same problem. They wanted to stay 6 night, 6 nights without daylight, impossible for a comfortable stay. Quite small rrooms. The elevator is a disaster and it takes ages when you have to use it. - Roof terrace is fantastic. Design is cool. Staff is great. Location is very good. July 7, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing service, great hotel Front desk service was efficient, professional and empathetic. We arrived early Sunday morning from a 9 hour train ride from Santiago de Compostela. We had two rooms reserved and were expecting to leave our backpacks. Natalia arranged a room for us so that we could leave our stuff and freshen up. The location is perfect, half a block from the Gran Via, great views form the 12th floor, and zero noise inside the rooms. Stopped by Andrea's restaurant for dessert and were amazing. Only regret is not trying his homemade paste with freshly grated black truffles. July 3, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel in a good location. Overall happy with stay. Room was nice and modern. Rooftop bar and pool were a highlight of the stay. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and quality of food was very good although not too much in the way of choice and a little expensive. The fitness suite was closed when we visited but we were able to use a gym across the street for free which was fine. July 1, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Globalmente Genial Ubicacion perfecta. Personal educado y servicial.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Avoid the breakfast!! Took 50minutes for a simple english breakfast order to arrived and when it did, the eggs was not cooked the way we had asked. Wasted of time. Front desk staff including bell hop was very nice and friendly and willing to help. WIFI was fast and reliable during our stay June 9, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional Staff The staff were helpful from the first through the last moment at the Hotel Indigo Madrid - Gran Via. They were knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. June 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MUY CONFORTABLE Hotel muy nuevo, con habitaciones muy confortables y limpias, aunque algo pequeñas. June 5, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gran localizacion y buen hotel Gran localizacion y buen hotel.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Madrid - Grand Via 9-11 May 2014 I have stayed at a large number of hotels over the last 20 years. In fact, some of them I spent many months in. However the Hotel Indigo is perhaps the best of all the hotels I have stayed at. It is very close to the Metro and the train is not that far away at Sol. The staff at the hotel is very good and I also had a few meals in the hotel restaurant. Very good menu for a hotel and the prices were very reasonable. The actual quality of the food was good and I ended up eating there several times. If you are flying to Madrid and have more than a suitcase, I would take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. While I have both used the Metro and the Taxi, it really depends on the amount of stuff you have. The taxi now has a fixed price (30 Euros) to and from the airport. I have enjoyed the hotel and I would highly recommend it to others. Kevin May 26, 2014
