The maid service was excellent, they were cheerful, helpful and kept everything clean.
The smell in the lobby was so strongly perfumed and flowery, my nose itched and head hurt. We had to drink/eat outside since it permeated the bar/restaurant area.
The valet service was the worst I have ever encountered. Somehow, he was either away from his post or so involved on his phone, he completely ignored the guest. When finally asked to do anything, crummy attitude.
One of the chicks at the desk was helpful and friendly if approached directly at the desk, but a couple couldn't even answer questions about the area. No one at the desk ever looked up from their phone or the desk to say hi or be friendly. For those prices, I was shocked at the quality of service. Thank goodness the rooms were clean and comfortable, although not quiet to noise in the hall or other rooms. Loved the pebbles in the shower!!

Very poor and overpriced. Housekeeping was very bad. Front desk and management were not responsive until a waiter overheard us discussing our problems at breakfast. He sent the assistant manager to our table to find out what the problems were. Bob, the assistant mgr. immediately had our room cleaned, fresh towels delivered and offered to buy us breakfast. Quite a change from what we had experienced up to that point.

This was the second time I stayed at the Hotel Indigo Garden District and was equally as pleased as I was the first time. I would stay there again - and, based on my experience here, I would not hesitate to try another Indigo property!
