Very friendly staff! I was greeted with a smile and recognized as a IHG Platinum member. The room decor and size of the room was very pleasing. The view of the cityscape was very nice as well. Everything from the outside of the hotel to inside the room was very clean. The location of the hotel is major plus. Located right out side the front door is a trolley stop which makes getting the city much easier. There are a lot of restaurants and attractions in walking distance of the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!!

This hotel is very modern and in a great location. I refuse to stay in the very loud French Quarter. By street car, you are 10 minutes away from the action. The staff is awesome, but these staffers really stick out:
1. Nicolette (Days): Nicolette was very instrumental in checking me in and getting me situated. Her knowledge of local attractions, cuisine, and tours is incredible! She is very engaging.
2. Ryshita (Evenings): Ryshita was able to inform me of several local haunts that weren't too touristy. Sometimes it's great not to look or feel like a tourist. Great directions!
3. Erica (Nights): Erica was able to direct me to some great businesses that weren't going to demolish my wallet, and taught me some great things about the area. Gives great advice!
The bar is awesome as well, and so is the breakfast. Staying here was a great choice!

We reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Indigo as headquarters for our son's wedding. Feedback about the hotel from our wedding guests was very positive along with our own experience. We even came back to the hotel after the wedding and camped out at their bar. I appreciated that they wanted to know all relevant details about our weekend so they could answer questions our guests might have, even if they weren't related to the hotel itself. Finally, we also hosted a Sunday brunch at the hotel for 60 people and it was terrific. The staff was very, very accommodating and friendly, willing to support our group in every way we asked, and then some. I couldn't be more pleased!
