Rooms felt a little small, but definitely my choice for a return visit. Great staff - kind - helpful Perfect location to the sites / subways. The hotel is located in an area that makes is easy to walk to many of the areas we wanted to see. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. September 24, 2014

They are most accommodating and so friendly. They make you feel like you are at home. This is a nice feeling when you have to travel so frequently. Always a smile and so willing to help and make your stay pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to all. September 22, 2014

Staff were friendly and efficient.. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was under renovation during our stay, but plenty of options nearby. Would definitely go back. September 21, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stay in Manhatten We booked into Hotel Indigo in Chelsea having stayed in other Indigo properties we were looking forward to our stay. How disappointed were we???? It is the first time I have ever stayed in a hotel that had no restaurant, no bar and no room service (this due to a renovation that went on) my question would be why a hotel would start doing a renovation during a peak period??? I can only say that the hotel lost a HUGE amount of revenue on the bar bills alone! Having said that you could not fault the staff in the hotel they were all very friendly and helpful.
