Hotel Indigo was centrally located and we were close to everywhere you can imagine: Shopping, Landmarks and major Attractions; The rooms were so clean and the beds could not be more comfortable. We want to extend our thanks and appreciation to the Hotel personnel who were always very attentive and professional, specially to Arturo who made our stay memorable!!! Best Regards. March 30, 2015

I want it fast, accurate and polite. And I want the hotel chain to achnowledge my elite frequest guest experience. This property failed on all of these. I took the opportunity to register my dissatisfactrion with Dianne, who apologized, gave me a reduced price breakfast voucher, and apologized for her co-worker's behavior. That's all I needed to make another reservation next month on my next business trip to NYC. People's attitudes are everything. Dianne totally rocks. March 28, 2015
