Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I'd look elsewhere The Good -Location -Staff -Fast check-in/out -Breakfast food served in dining room was good. Above average. The BAD: -The rooms are on the small side but this is NYC - The bathroom towels were bad. Awful. I wash my car with better towels. Ripped, sort of dingy. Not confidence inspiring. -Level of cleanliness in room was not great. I've stayed in worse but it did not look like it got vacuumed (which I am guessing they don't do here anyway given the laminate floors) - The roof bar and dining room was closed both nights I stayed there. Not a huge deal but the lobby was crazy and the elevators were packed with people going from the lobby restaurant to the roof bar. -Need power to plug in a phone? Prepare to move furniture. -Also, the dining room has one waitress working at 9am on a Saturday. One. Really? There are some great Indigos out there. This simply is not one of them. December 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 NYC visit from Cape Cod Hotel was excellent ....service, food, appearance inside ...outside street cluttered and under construction. Delivery trucks outside noisy at 4 am ....Heating system inconsistent ... Overall, the hotel was a great experience, but needed to mention the cons as well so they may be improved upon December 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay and a great hotel in NYC We recently stayed for two nights at Hotel Indigo Chelsea. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was great and hotel was very clean. I do think that what we paid was a good price but I do however think most Hotel Indigo's are a little too pricey for what you get. However, overall we loved our stay and will stay here again if affordable (Two days before the hotel was twice the price but when we booked the same day it was almost $200 less). December 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by What this Hotel lacks in comfort, they make up for in Service!! My husband and I stayed at your hotel Nov 7-10. The room was small (but hey, what do you expect in Manhattan?) yet clean. However, whenever I tried to sit on the edge of the bed to put on our remove my shoes, the head of the bed would pop up from the floor!!! Maybe the hotel should invest in some stable bed frames? The shower is open and has no shower curtain so you will need extra bath mats to keep the floor from being completely wet by the spraying water,but housekeeping provided us with extra's with no problem. Our view was non existent as our window faced the building next to us but there is a very nice view from the rooftop bar. These small discomforts were minor and whatever comforts the hotel lacks, they definetly make up for in service. First of all Christian at the front desk is awesome!! Always courteous, answered all questions enthusiasticly and pointed us to some great spots in the city. Everytime we left or returned, Jevonte was there with a smile, holding the door!! The whole staff was great especially the waitress in the restaurant..she seemed to be the only one working, and although there were several diners in the restaurant, she still provided us with great attentive service. I have to give kudos to Tom as well! We checked out early Monday morning before 6am and while getting ready, I broke one of the wine glasses (another result of the small room! The electical outlet was behind the nightstand and the wine glasses were siting on a tray, blocking the outlet, so when I went to unplug my phone chager, the glass fell and broke), so I called down to the desk and Tom was so gracious and came to the room immediately with broom and dustpan in hand!! The staff arranged a car pick up service back to the airport which was very helpful because we didnt have to worry about it and that driver was so friendly! Please keep using that car service, its defintely a plus for the hotel. I would defintely go back to this hotel the next time I am in New York or I may check out your hotel located in Harlem.
