Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great location and service
Ideal location for travel into Boston. Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. Only issues are no ice machine on floors and no mini-fridge in room.

If this was in NYC, it would be expected. But the rooms are very small and not what I'd expect outside the city. Two or more people will feel crowded in this hotel room.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JFlohr Quite modern and clean
We were in the Boston Area for a soccer tournament and stayed at Hotel Indigo and enjoyed our experience. The check in staff was very welcoming and check in was quite simple. We booked (2) double beds and they were comfortable. I used the fitness center and it seemed to be new equipment. We would book this hotel when we return to this area.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bostonimann Small rooms and uncomfortable beds
There is always one deal breaker for me in any hotel; the quality of the bed. All the major chains have recognized this and have introduced their version of a "dream" bed. IHG obviously does not see the wisdom in that strategy given my recent stay at the Indigo.

This hotel is well maintained. Staff are friendly
The rooms are quite small.
Buy the hotel stay that includes the breakfast. The Breakfast Buffet is 14.95 and does not include much.
The restaurant in the evening is an expensive steak place and not for a family.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jheals62 Visit to Boston without the traffic
We drove from upstate NY for a three day trip to Boston. We didn't want to have to drive thru and around Boston and deal with the traffic, and the nicer hotels were out of our budget and you also had to pay for parking!
We stayed right outside of Boston, this hotel was minutes from the interstate and the train (T).
We were able to travel back and forth to the city via the "T" which was less than a 5 minute walk.
The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was incredible.
The only slight problem we had was that the train into downtown Boston was about a 40 minute ride. So if you wanted to go back to change for dinner it made it hard. We did the first night, but the second day we carried a back pack with a change of clothes. Other than that our stay was wonderful!
