Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by One night stay experience Dropped off luggage in morning, attended business meeting and dinner in afternoon and then returned to check-in for one night stay in the evening. Was very pleased with the service offered at the front desk. Recognition and readiness on my return. Upgraded to room 719 (suite). However, room condition could be better - looking dated and somewhat scruffy. Bathroom excellent, but details poor - towels in wrong place, no amenities in shower/bath cubicle, rubbish bin hidden in WC December 20, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easily Accessible and Friendly Staff I was originally going to stay at another local hotel which could not accommodate my change from 3 nights to 5 nights. I spoke to this hotel and not only did I get a room but a great price for staying there for 5 nights. This staff was all great. They were able to take care of everything, from recommendations to facilitating plans and sending packages. This place is next to the Riverside Station D Line Green which is incredibly convenient to get to Downtown Boston. Parking is FREE...what a great deal as well. Have to say beds were extremely comfortable. I would stay here again. December 11, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Indigo Newton Riverside MA I highly recommend this location: Very clean hotel with readily accessible amenities (business center, restaurant, internet, fitness centre, parking, shuttle serviceetc.) Hotel staff very friendly--at front desk and for room service. Only area for improvement might be having the valet parking attendant assist with opening doors when guests are arriving or leaving with luggage, briefcases, etc. (They consistently stand and watch as we struggle to get in 2 sets of lobby doors!)
