Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by still waiting for welcome points at check in I was asked if I wanted welcome point yes was my reply. at check out I asked for a follow up to make certain the points will be applied to the account. most certainly was the reply. nothing has happened . so much for your offer and recognition of platinum members it this sort of poor behavior that ruins the stay for the frequent traveler. . Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice rooms, great food. The rooms are very nice, my only complaint is that I prefer a firmer mattress, but overall I was happy with the room. The staff is very friendly, including in the restaurant. The food is delicious, I highly recommend the restaurant. Don't leave without having breakfast, the donut holes are awesome! February 25, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Indigo-A High End Disappointment Stayed at the East End Indigo for Valentine's Day Weekend. Tiny room, no refrigerator, heating unit that was so noisy I couldn't sleep. There were small design flaws in the room itself that were annoying. Not enough counter top space on the sink to put a toiletry bag, and a frosted glass panel between the bathroom wall and the room that allowed light to pour into the sleeping area (waking up my wife when I needed the bathroom in the middle of the night). Food was great but the service was extremely slow. This hotel is billed as "high end" but for my wife and I, it was just a big disappointment. February 18, 2015
