Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best stay ever This hotel was great when I showed up and Rudy the valet came up to the car with a big smile and welcomed me I new it was going to be good. At the front desk Raymond was just as welcoming and made check in a breeze. My family and I needed to get around town and I did not want to drive, We were offered a driver and a car to get around the drivers name was Jake he was great and took us to see San Antonio that we would have never known about. Jake knew everything about San Antonio what a time we had. Thanks for a great stay. May 13, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Problems Encountered 1. Check-in time is 3 pm. We arrived about 3:10. It took over an hour and a half for us to check in. And that was because the valet, who knew how long we'd been waiting, talked to one of the managers. Reasons for delay were the room was not clean, then the room was clean but had not been inspected. Yet, when the valet checked, the housekeeping supervisor had been standing at the counter for at least 15 min. The manager asked her room status; she replied the rooms had been ready for a while! If the valet hadn't checked, I wonder how much longer we would've had to wait! 2. We were there for 3 nights. The ice bucket was not emptied/cleaned once! Only 1 coffee mug was in the room; had to request one from the restaurant. And...the mugs weren't washed once! May 2, 2015
