We stayed two nights and ckd in late to a very friendly staff. We were late for dinner yet bartender was able to send us in the right direction for a 2am meal. Front desk was very friendly and informative. The rooms were nice and cold, very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and and had fresh towels and clean bed on next day. I would stay again. Thx

This was a nice hotel. The pool was small, and other then the toilet running off and on, the overall was good. You had a gate to get right on to the River Walk or catch a river taxi. The rooms are clean and bathrooms are large and modern. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would stay again. The only other thing would be parking. You have to park across the street and they charge for that as well.

Very nice hotel on the inside the outside was a little misleading but once you entered the establishment it was very nice and comfortable, the Fountain outside was not working which we were hoping it would. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again if given a chance.

At check in they are not very friendly or heplful with the surroundings of the river walk. They can inform the guest of the directions and what is avaible such as the boat taxi that is at the back of hotel that will be on the river walk. We walked far and paid lots of extra money!!!!!

Would not ever stay there again. The room was dirty, the staff was not accomodating and when we asked for two tables to be put together in the hotel restuarant in order to accomodate a larger group we were simply told to put them together if we wanted to. Very bad service. This was quite different from the great experience that we had a the Hotel Indigo in Houston, TX. I really didn't feel that my Priority Club Membership was recognized or given any importance.

GREAT HOTEL and SERVICE!
Rooms are very energizing, modern, and most important CLEAN!
I will be attending the TMEA Convention and I will book it confidently.
There's no free breakfast but there's a really good and affordable breakfast buffet that I bet you'll enjoy. Hotel Índigo doesn't have any need to offer free breakfast. They don't need it!!!! If see you free breakfast that's a RED FLAG for you to considerate not to book a hotel. You go to a hotel to SLEEP not to EAT.
Frontdesk staff is very cool and helpful! . So, give it a try!...

A short getaway for the family was comfortable, affordable, & the brownies in the Bistro were to die for!! Decor was beautiful. Quite a ways from the actual "Riverwalk" atmosphere, but much appreciated on a Thursday & Friday night! River Taxi took us to food & entertainment, then brought us back to a quiet and refreshing room.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was right off the river walk and a half a mile walking distance from the center of downtown. The taxis that are on the river has a stop at the bottom of the stairs, where the hotel is located. Parking was sufficient, not cheap, however, guaranteed. On a scale of 1-10 I will give this hotel a resounding 9. I promise you will enjoy your stay here. Professional staff and the breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Enjoyed the stay, although it rained really hard the first night and our roof leaked. I made a call to the front desk and the staff immediately took action and had us another room ready for transfer. The only negative would be the wooden floors appeared to be clean but turned your feet black and made for a mess in the bathroom when our feet got wet. Everything else was clean and comfortable. Very nice and quiet location on the river walk.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. We stayed in an Executive Suite and was very pleased. We were a little disappointed in only 2 things. The restaurant room service was not great, we were never able to get it, and were disappointed in the balcony of the executive suite (it was way smaller then the other balconies). The beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the separation of the bedroom and the living and kitchen area.The parking was very convenient, right across the street from the hotel and unlimited access. The hotel staff was very, very nice and helpful.
We will definitely stay at the hotel again. It was a very refreshing and different experience.

This is a great Hotel Chain. I travel a lot and stay at Indigo Hotels when I can. I wish there were more of them through out the country.
The staff is always great. I love the decor. The view was a wonderful site after a hard day of business.

Overall experience was great. Comfortable rooms and facilities. Wood floors in the room were dirty, but cleaned by staff immediately. Staff was excellent.

We planned a nice restful couple of days in San Antonio. Upon Our arrival at the hotel we were overcome with the very strong and overbearing odor of room fresheneds throughout
the property.
Our room was spacious, but not well appointed and very dirty. The floors are a wood like laminate that appear nice, but they are nasty!
The bathroom was very large but lacked enough towels, soap, etc.
Our AC was inadequate and the "engineer" came and checked on it then disappeared. We went to the front desk where one employee was playing with a ball of some sort and never made eye contact with us and the other person said we weren't the only folks with AC problems.
There was a Keurig coffe maker in the guest room, but only 1 pod go coffee to use.
Overall, a very disappointing stay and we would certainly not return or recommend a stay there.

This hotel offers bright, spacious rooms, as well as welcoming hospitality! Located right on the Riverwalk, it is only a few steps off their outdoor patio area to the water taxi.....very convenient!
Kudos to Hotel Indigo!!!

We live in the outskirts of San Antonio - but stayed at the Hotel Indigo for business matters in the downtown area. The surrounding neighborhood is not the best, but we didn't have any trouble - TV station & Local Hospital in the area,
It provides a beautiful patio area off the dining - bar area that is comfortable, quiet and private along the river walk - friendly staff - very clean! We had registered for a king bed room but at time of check-in offered 2 queen beds --> great choice / room is large, bathroom wonderful, had a balcony overlooking the entrance of hotel in a Spanish style appearance!! You could host a party on it !
You won't be sorry if you select this hotel - I promise!!

We booked two rooms, one for our family and the other for our guest. What I liked was the quiet air conditioner and the very comfortable bed. What I didn't care for was that one Executive King Room had a sofa bed, and the other one, which we assumed was the same, didn't. One had a balcony and the other one didn't. The bathroom door in our room seemed too big for the door frame so it was a real struggle to open and close it. The coffee maker in the other room didn't work. My room got a complimentary newspaper in the morning, the other room didn't. The soap left such a slimy feel on the skin that it made us feel like we didn't have a good clean shower. When we arrived in the late afternoon, there were two front desk staff ... a woman and a man. The woman was unsmiling and unwelcoming. The man was warm and helpful. Overall, the inconsistencies in the service and facility left us feeling like it all depended on whether you were lucky that day or not. Because of that I would not recommend the hotel.

Overall the stay for my parent's 37 year anniversary was not bad at all. Except that the hotel charged my Credit Card for the stay when my dad presented his credit card in person during checking in. The manager has poor customer service attributes in dealing with this matter. I have been dealling with this situation since last week and still no phone call from the manager. Now its been several days and I have my funds held up when I didn't authorize a charge. I would not and will not recommend this hotel.

The Hotel Indigo Riverwalk encompasses the festive charm of San Antonio. From the front desk greeting to the last call at the hotel bar, the staff makes your stay enjoyable. The spacious rooms and courtyard open to a panoramic view of downtown, including the Hemisfair Tower, where every New Year's Eve the fireworks are spectacular! And, the access to the Riverwalk below provided just the perfect secluded spot to pop the question. We return to this hotel regularly and recommend it to others.

When I have visitors here in Texas we always end our stay on the Riverwalk. Recently we stayed at the Hotel Indigo for the first time.
The place was very comfortable and enjoyable.
This will be our place to stay from now on.

Hotel was very nice. I little load during the day from the neighbors remodeling across the river. This hotel was right on the river!
Little problems with the AC but the staff was very prompt to repair.
Very nice hotel and up to date! Will stay here again for sure!
Great access to the river walk and close enough to walk to all the attractions! Highly recommend this Hotel!
