Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet and safe neighborhood in San Jose This was our 4th time at Hotel Indigo in San Jose and the service and comfort are excellent. A refreshing citrus drink is given to you when you register and after a long plane ride is most welcomed. Rooms are in excellent condition with wonderful pillows. The bathrooms have a great design with lots of counter space. We paid our airport departure tax at the Hotel instead of waiting in line at the airport. Wonderfully convenient. February 6, 2015

The service is great and they have a very nice restaurant. It is also in close walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. January 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, clean room. Would definitely recommend this hotel if coming into CR late or if you have business in the area. Hotel was farther away from the airport than we thought, but not bad. Maybe 15 or 20 minutes. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Most spoke very good english. Breakfast was very good and a good value. We really appreciated the location. There was a market right across the street, as well as, a cell phone store, shopping strip and many good restaurants. We felt safe and were able to collect what we needed for the rest of our trip. Only downside, there were no rooms even with a roll away that could handle 5 people. Luckily kids are still small and we can squeeze in. December 17, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always excellent I have stayed here several times on business. They always have excellent snacks and beverages as a courtesy on arrival. And always greeted with a smile by the friendly staff. Checkin takes about 2 minutes. Elevator knows which floor by card swipe. Internet is free and fast. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants (sit down and fast food) around. Even a small market across the street. What more could I want? I will stay here many more times I am sure. November 19, 2014
