Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Genuine feeling of welcome The entire staff made us feel welcome and genuinely wanted our stay to be excellent. Even the smallest concern was met with quick and enthusiastic response. The room and general area was always neat and clean. Linens were changed upon request with special attention to personal requests. Probably would like to see comp. coffee in the am. Seemed a bit nickel and dime to charge a buck or two. Starbucks would be a nice add on. February 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable Beds and Great Service. Enjoyed a week stay at Hotel Indigo Sarasota. Was in town for business and was unable to stay on the beach for this visit, I was not disappointed at all, wonderful hotel with restaruant and bar, comfortable rooms and close to downtown attractions. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by poor level of cusomer service upon check in the front desk staff was NOT friendly they were not able to locate my reservation. i had to call reservations to be able to locate my reservation. the front desk agent was very rude the gentleman has no experience in customer service. as IHG reward member i was not greeted. waited about 20 min at front desk to locate my reservation. i think management need to focus training staff members on customer service. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Unique, comfortable and convenient. Enjoyed our stay. The hotel and the room were very attractive and comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Amenities were good. The lack of drawers for clothing was a little disappointing and surprising. Also, the large quantity of throw pillows on the bed were hard to deal with, as there was no place to put them all when the two of us were ready to retire for the evening. The floor was used which raised the issue of their cleanliness. February 17, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant Stay at Hotel Indigo We booked the hotel for a three night stay in February. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decoration in the hotel was very bright and cheerful. The breakfast was good value if paid for with the inclusive rate. We did find that although the beds were comfortable the pillows were not so comfortable (maybe this is personal preference). The air conditioning was noisy at times. There was no chest of drawers in the room, this would have been useful for longer stays. The size of the bedroom and bathroom were good. February 16, 2015
