The hotel is very worn, funiture worn, carpets dirty and worn out, bathrooms way outdated. This hotel is in desperate need of a rennovation. Overall feeling of being dirty. Even though our company has a corporate rate here I will not be staying at this location on future visits until I know it has been updated. April 13, 2015

The Simpsonville SC HIE was chosen to accommodate most of my sons out of town wedding guests. The staff was beyond extraordinary!!! Aprile, Daisy, and the entire staff that we interacted with were kind, courteous, helpful, and professional. Daisy in particular created a very thoughtful, personalized in-room display for my son and his brides arrival. We enjoyed fantastic service right from the start and throughout our 3 day stay!
