Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the price Too expensive for what you receive. Small rooms, tiny bathroom, peeling paint and uneven floors. No free breakfast as per the usual at Hotel Indigo. They don't even have coffee out for guests. You also have to pay for parking. My advice stay somewhere else. December 17, 2014

The staff is good, flexible and attentive, the food and bar fair to good. Really a little pricey and on balance not a great value unless location is critical to your business needs. December 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Downtown St. Pete This is an old hotel but is 3 blocks from the great downtown atmosphere. The rooms are small, and everything is outdated. I would say that if you like quant old locations, this is your place. Also, if you want a reasonable price for being that close to the fun downtown, book it. December 16, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel ( and staff) need a refresh This hotel has become more run down over the last 5 years. The walls are thin, the aircon unit is hard to work and the staff lacks follow through ( although they are very polite). I am appalled at the introduction of valet parking here- they have plenty of on site parking in the lot, and it worked very well when they just let guests use the lot. It's an added inconvenience and expense now. There are other better choices in the neighborhood . December 16, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what it used to be I have stayed at this hotel over the last 5 years, and I have seen it begin to deteriorate. On my recent stay , I noticed that the air conditioner was not working right. I told the desk clerk that I could not get it to turn down or off, and he said he would have it fixed. When I got back to my room that night, everything was the same- still blowing freezing air. I had always found the staff to be excellent at this hotel, and while they are still friendly, the service is not as good as it was. I asked another desk clerk how I would get checked out for an early morning departure. She told me that I would get a receipt slipped under my door overnight. When I got up to leave, there was no receipt. Luckily, there was someone at the desk and I was able to get one. I am also unhappy that the hotel has gone to valet parking. One of the reasons I stayed here in the past was because you did not have to valet park. It's a nuisance and removes any advantage that the hotel had over the competition. IF I have to pay for parking and use a valet, I can think of several other hotels in the neighborhood that I would prefer. December 9, 2014
