we enjoyed this hotel with its old fashioned elegance and decor. The staff made you feel at home and provided great, personal and unobtrusive service. Its in a perfect location and was a pleasant change from the chain-type hotels. The food was well prepared and unpretentious. The bar was convenient and friendly. The building and guest rooms though dated were well kept. We will look for Indigo hotels in our future travels.

This was my first stay at an indigo and I found it to be a comfortable, fun place with great staff in st pete. I stayed there even though I live in town as I needed to get away from my little guy apartment that was in disorder due to a move. I was able to check in early, rest, and get out into downtown st pete and do my business work as well. I would recommenced this property to others.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved St. Petersburg Great location and great Ambiance
Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this boutique hotel for a week. The rooms were spacious and bright. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is amazing, very central, a short walk to the beach and many fabulous restaurants in St. Petersburg. The décor is bright and welcoming, Very Key West or South Beach style. I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel Indigo is a very warm and welcoming hotel witha tropical feel in downtown St. Petersburg. Its walking distance from Central Ave and the bay and only about 20 minutes from the beach. I loved the people, the staff was friendly and expedited our needs. I had a great time for my weekend visit.

I had a very comfortable stay here while I was in St. Petersburg for a wedding. The hotel was within walkable distance of the Sunken Gardens where the wedding took place, and also close to all the tourist-y areas, like restaurants, shopping and the fine art museum.

If you can sleep through any level of white noise, this is the hotel for you. The staff are friendly and the general feel of the place is good enough, but if you plan to stay here make sure you book a room that is not directly below the roof. The battery of air conditioning fans make certain rooms actually hum. Physically. In my first room the vibrations from the fans on the roof actually made the bed vibrate. I'm not exaggerating. The staff was able to move me to a much smaller room for the rest of my stay (what would have happened if the hotel had been fully booked?), but other ambient noise issues persisted. I live in a city much larger than St Petersburg and I am not generally a light sleeper. So I assume if I had trouble sleeping at Hotel Indigo, lighter sleepers beware.
