This beautiful Hotel made my long stays in Tianjin very enjoyable and comfortable. The service (already very good in the past) is improving continually since the new management has taken over.
To me this is the first choice when I have to be Tianjin.

Been a IHG platinum member, this is the most disappointing stay experience that prompted me to write my 1st review. Booked 2 night but immediately check out and changed hotel after the 1st night stay. Everything is acceptable except the dining experience.
1) on-site restaurant Blauer Angel: totally not interested in taking orders despite having sufficient staff. Waitress was only interested in clearing up tables after a private function. Left with a empty stomach and feeling un-welcomed.
2) Hotel breakfast selection: limited selection and can't even compare to Holiday Inn.
I will avoid staying in hotel Indigo globally in future.
